    Psikodrama dalam Meningkatkan Harga Diri Remaja Usia 12-15 Tahun di SOS Children’s Village Medan

    Abstract
    Penelitian ini melihat efek psikodrama dalam meningkatkan harga diri rendah bagi remaja usia 12-15 tahun di LKSA SOS Children’s Village Medan, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksperimen pretest-postest group design. Alat pengumpulan data berupa skala harga diri yang dimodifikasi dari teori Rosenberg. Validasi content dilakukan oleh 7 orang expert judgement dan diolah dengan rumus Aiken’s V. Selanjutnya uji coba skala harga diri dilakukan kepada 125 remaja dan uji validasi konstruk dilakukan dengan analisis faktor. Sedangkan modul Psikodrama melewati proses uji kelayakan yang dilakukan oleh 3 orang validator dan dilakukan uji coba pada remaja sesuai kategori subjek penelitian untuk kemudian dilanjutkan dengan revisi modul hingga modul dinyatakan layak digunakan. Intervensi diberikan 10 orang remaja dengan harga diri rendah sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 11 orang remaja dengan kategori harga diri rendah sebagai kelompok kontrol. Hasil intervensi menunjukan bahwa psikodrama efektif meningkatkan harga diri pada remaja usia 12-15 tahun di SOS Children’s Village Medan berkisar 68% dengan nilai signifikansi (2 tailed) adalah .011<0.05 menggunakan uji hipotesis Mann Whitney. Selain itu, remaja pada kelompok eksperimen menunjukan perilaku saling membantu dan memotivasi satu sama lain sehingga subjek penelitian menjadi lebih spontan dan ekspresif dan berdampak positif terhadap kelancaran dan keberhasilan Psikodrama.
     
    This study looked at the effect of psychodrama in increasing low self-esteem for adolescents aged 12-15 years at LKSA SOS Children 's Village Medan, using a quantitative approach to the experimental pretest-posttest group design. The data collection tool is a self-esteem scale modified from Rosenberg's theory. Content validation was carried out by 7 expert judgment and processed by the Aiken’s V formula. Furthermore, the self-esteem scale test was conducted on 125 adolescents and the construct validation test was carried out by factor analysis. While the Psychodrama module passed the feasibility test conducted by 3 validators and conducted trials on adolescents according to the research subject category to then proceed with the revision of the module until the module was declared appropriate for use. Interventions were given by 10 adolescents with low self-esteem as an experimental group and 11 adolescents with a low self-esteem category as a control group. The results of the intervention showed that psychodrama effectively increases self-esteem in adolescents aged 12-15 years in SOS Children's Village Medan ranging from 68% with a significance value (2 tailed) is .011 <0.05 using the Mann Whitney hypothesis test. In addition, adolescents in the experimental group showed mutual helping and motivating behavior so that the subject of research became more spontaneous and expressive and had a positive impact on the smoothness and success of Psychodrama.
