    Perbedaan Simtom-Simtom Depresif pada Pasien Skizofrenik Fase Stabilisasi dan StabiL

    Abstract
    Latar Belakang : Depresi merupakan salah satu dari banyak gejala negatif skizofrenia. Mengenali gejala depresi akan memberikan pengobatan yang lebih tepat untuk pasien skizofrenik. Tujuan : Mengetahui simtom-simtom depresif pada pasien skizofrenik fase stabilisasi dan stabil yang datang ke instalasi rawat jalan di RSJ Muhammad Ildrem Propinsi Sumatera Utara. Metode : Pasien skizofrenik fase stabilisasi dan stabil diukur dengan Calgary Depression Scale dan penelitian ini analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Cara pengambilan sampel: Non probability sampling jenis consecutive sampling. Analisis dengan uji Chi-Square. Hasil : Dari 122 pasien skizofrenik, 61 pasien skizofrenik fase stabilisasi dan 61 pasien skizofrenik fase stabil. Pada fase stabilisasi ditemukan 22 pasien (43,1%) mengalami sindrom depresi, fase stabil ditemukan 29 pasien (56,9%) mengalami sindrom depresi. Tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok fase stabilisasi dan stabil (p > 0,05). Kesimpulan: Sindrom depresi lebih sering terjadi pada kelompok fase stabil dibandingkan stabilisasi, sedangkan gejala depresi tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok (p> 0,05).
     
    Background: Depression is one of many negative symptoms in schizophrenia. Recognizing the symptoms of depression will provide more appropriate treatment for schizophrenic patients. Objective: To determine depressive symptoms with schizophrenic patients in stabilization and stable phase which comes to installation outpatient RSJ Muhammad Ildrem of North Sumatra province. Methods: Patients who entered stabilization and stable phase were measured using Calgary Depression Scale in schizophrenia, and the study was analytical with cross-sectional approach. Methods of sampling: consecutive sampling and Chi-Square test were used to analysis statistical data. Results: Schizophrenia of 122 patients, 61 patients were included into stabilization grooup and 61 patients were included into stable group. In the stabilization phase group 22 of patients (43,1%) had depressive sindrome, whilst in the stable phase group 29 of patients (56,9%) had depressive sindrome. There are no significant differences between stabilization phase group and stable phase group (p>0.05). Conclusion: Depression syndrome is more common in stable phase group than in stabilization phase group, whilst the symptoms of depression are not different between these two groups (p>0.05).
