    Pengaruh Frekuensi Pengadukan pada Proses Pembuatan Pupuk Organik Padat dari Campuran Blotong, Kulit Pisang dan Molase dengan Metode Pengomposan Menggunakan Aktivator Effective Microorganisme -4 (EM-4)

    Abstract
    Proses pengomposan dari bahan baku blotong, kulit pisang, dan molase dengan mencampurkan aktivator effective microorganism-4 merupakan alternatif pemanfaatan limbah padat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan frekuensi pengadukan terbaik antara campuran blotong, kulit pisang, dan molase dengan menggunakan aktivator Effective Microorganisme-4 (EM-4) dan mendapatkan pengaruh waktu pembuatan pupuk terhadap pH, kadar air, kadar C/N serta unsur makro N,P dan K. Proses pengomposan dilakukan dengan memvariasikan pengadukan yaitu 1 hari, 3 hari dan 5 hari sekali, kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam komposter dan ditambahkan aktivator em-4, serta menjaga kondisi moisture content (MC) bahan 55-65%. Parameter yang dianalisa adalah temperatur, MC, pH, Water Holding Capacity, Electrical Conductivity, rasio C/N dan kualitas kompos. Waktu pengomposan dilakukan 40 hari. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh frekuensi pengadukan terhadap proses pengomposan dan rata-rata kompos dapat dihasilkan dalam waktu 40 hari. Frekuensi pengadukan terbaik diperoleh pada pengadukan 5 hari dalam sekali dengan pH 7,2, MC 49,39%, WHC 53% , EC 89 μS/cm dan rasio C/N 19,15%.
     
    The composting process from raw material filter cake, banana peel, and molasses by mixing activator effective microorganism-4 is an alternative to the use of solid waste. This study aims to obtain a frequency mixing the best among a mix of filter cake, banana peel, and molasses using activator Effective microorganisms-4 (EM-4) and get the effect of a fertilizer on pH, water content, levels of C / N and macro elements N, P and K. the composting process is done by varying the stirring is 1 day, 3 days and 5 days, then put in the composter and added activator em-4, as well as maintaining the condition of moisture content (MC) of 55-65%. The parameters analyzed were temperature, MC, pH, Water Holding Capacity, Electrical Conductivity, C / N ratio and the quality of compost. Composting is done 40 days time. Research shows that there are significant stirring frequency of the composting process and the average compost can be produced within 40 days. Stirring frequency is best obtained on stirring 5 days at a pH of 7.2, MC 49.39%, WHC 53%, EC 89 μS / cm and C / N ratio 19.15%.
