Pemahaman Masyarakat Kota Binjai Terhadap Kredit Union (CU) (Studi pada: Koperasi CU Karya Murni, Kota Binjai)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the levell of public understanding of the function, purpose and role of Cooperative of Credit Union (CU) in Binjai. It also, discusses howthe fuction, purpose and role of Cooperative of Credit Union (CU) in Community. This research uses primary data that obtained by interview according to a questionnare given to the community who become members in the Cooperative of Credit Union (CU). This study took a sample of 95 respondent. This research using descriptive analysis method with the help of SPSS software version 21.0 descriptive analysis. The result showed that the level of understanding of the cmmunity about the function, objectives and role of the Cooperative of Credit Union (CU) quite understand, because people receive information and socialization as they want to be members of the Cooperative of Credit Union. The fuction of the Cooperative of Credit Union (CU) is a service the provision of credit is very quick and easy without collateral or credit guarantees. The purpose of Cooperative of Credit Union to assits credit to members who urgently need qualified light, while the role of the Cooperative of Credit Union provide business capital and as a place for storing or saving.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pemahaman masyarakat terhadap fungsi, tujuan dan peran Koperasi Kredit Union (CU) di Kota Binjai. Disamping itu, juga membahas tentang bagaimana fungsi, tujuan dan peran Koperasi Kredit Union dalam masyrakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang siperoleh dengan wawancara sesuai dengan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada masyarakat yang menjadi anggota di Koperasi Karya Murni Kota Binjai. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel 95 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan bantuan software SPSS 21.00 descriptive analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat pemahaman masyarakat terhadap fungsi, tujuan dan peran Koperasi Kredit Union tergolong Paham, karena masyarakat menerima informasi dan sosialisasi secara langsung pada saat ingin menjadi anggota dari Koperasi Kredit Union (CU). Fungsi koperasi adalah pelayanan pemberian kredit sangat cepat dan mudah tanpa agunan atau jaminan kredit, tujuan dari Koperasi Kredit Union (CU) Membantu keperluan kredit kepada para anggota yang sangat membutuhkan dengan syarat – syarat yang ringan, sedangkan peran Koperasi Kredit Union (CU) Memberikan permodalan usaha dan sebagai tempat untuk menyimpan/menabung.
