dc.description.abstractThis research aims to analyse the impact of social capital, customer capital and technological capital on business performance. To gather data, 35 questionnaires were distributed to business owners in one of the leading culinary areas in Medan City, namely Asia Mega Mas Complex. This research uses multiple regression analysis and descriptive analysis. The result of this research is social capital, customer capital and technological capital has significant and positive relationship with business performance in Asia Meg Mas Complex in Medan City. Coefficient result shows determination number of Adjusted Square R (R2) is 0,608 this means that 60,8% variable business performance can be explain by social capital, customer capital and technological variables and total of 56,8% that resulted from other variable which is not included in this particular research.en_US
dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal sosial, modal pelanggan dan modal teknologi terhadap kinerja usaha pada UMKM Kuliner Asia Mega Mas Medan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 35 responden dengan metode sampel jenuh. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal sosial, modal pelanggan dan modal teknologi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha UMKM Kuliner Asia Mega Mas Medan. Dari hasil koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjusted R Square (R2) sebesar 0,608 hal ini berarti 60,8% variabel kinerja usaha dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel modal sosial, modal pelanggan dan modal teknologi sedangkan sisanya sebesar 39,2% dapat oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.en_US
