dc.description.abstract | Latar belakang : Anemia adalah kondisi dimana kadar hemoglobin dalam darah
rendah dan telah diketahui dapat mempengaruhi Negara berpendapatan rendah,
menengah, maupun tinggi. Anemia dapat menyebabkan gangguan kognitif, performa
yang buruk baik saat bekerja maupun belajar di sekolah, pendapatan rendah, dll. Di
Indonesia, Menurut RISKESDAS 2007, sebanyak 11.3% wanita, 12.2% pria, dan
12.8% anak-anak menderita anemia. Menurut data WHO tahun 1993 – 2005, secara
global 47.4% anak usia prasekolah, 41.8% wanita hamil, 30.2% wanita tidak hamil,
25.4% anak usia sekolah, 23.9% orang tua, dan 12.7% pria menderita anemia.
Banyak metode telah digunakan dan dikembangkan untuk mengukur kadar
hemoglobin dalam darah manusia. Namun, tidak semua metode tersebut mudah dan
sensitif dalam mendiagnosa anemia. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah mengetahui akurasi
dalam mengukur kadar hemoglobin dengan menggunakan metode portable
hemoglobinometer.
Metode : Studi ini merupakan studi uji diagnostik dengan metode potong lintang.
Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode menyeluruh (total sampling).
Total sampel dalam studi ini adalah 48 orang. Studi ini dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar
Negeri 101747, Klumpang Kebun, Hamparan Perak dari bulan Maret hingga
Desember 2016. Analisis dilakukan dengan membuat tabel 2x2 lalu menghitung
sensitifitas, spesifisitas, nilai duga positif, nilai duga negatif, rasio kemungkinan
positif, rasio kemungkinan negatif, dan membuat kurva ROC.
Hasil : Hasil studi yang didapat adalah sensitifitas 0%, spesifistas 100%, nilai duga
negatif 95.8%, rasio kemungkinan positif 0, rasio kemungkinan negatif 1, dan area
dibawah kurva ROC sebesar 50%.
Kesimpulan : Nilai spesifistas metode portable hemoglobinometer sangat tinggi
(100%). Metode ini sangat spesifik untuk menyingkirkan diagnosa anemia dari
seseorang. Namun, area dibawah kurva ROC 50%, mengindikasikan bahwa hanya
kemungkinan 50% dari semua uji yang dilakukan memberikan hasil yang benar baik
positif maupun negatif. | en_US |

affect low, middle, and high income countries.1 Anemia can cause cognitive disorder,
bad performance in both work and school, low income, etc.2 In Indonesia, based on
RISKESDAS data in 2007, 11.3% woman, 12.2% man, and 12.8% children suffer
anemia.3 While based on WHO data from 1993-2005 globally, 47.4% preschool age
children, 41.8% pregnant woman, 30.2% non-pregnant woman, 25.4% school age
children, 23.9% elder, and 12.7% man suffer anemia.4 Numeorus method have been
used and developed to measure hemoglobin concentration in human blood, but not
all of the method are easy and sensitive in diagnosing anemia. The objective of this
study is to know the accuration in measuring hemoglobin concentration using the
well known portable hemoglobinometer method.
Methods : This study was diagnostic test with cross-sectional method. The sampling
technique was total sampling. The total sample obtained was 48 people. The study
took place in Public Elementary School 101747, Klumpang Kebun, Hamparan Perak
district throughout March to December 2016. Analysis was performed by drawing
2x2 table, calculating sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative
predictive value, positive likelihood ratio, negative likelihood ratio, and making ROC
graph.
Results : The results obatained were sensitivity 0%, specificity 100%, negative
pedictive value 95.8%, positive likelihood ratio 0, negative likelihood ratio 1, and
area under the curve of ROC graph 50%
Conclusion : the specificity of portable hemoglobinometer method was very high
(100%), it is very specific to rule out anemia from a patient. But the area under the
ROC curve was 50%, this shows that only 50% from all test that done show true
result whether positive or negative. | en_US |
