    Isolasi dan Identifikasi Senyawa Flavonoida dari Daun Tumbuhan Mundu (Garcinia Dulcis (Roxb) Kurz) Serta Uji Aktivitas Antibakteri dan Antioksidan

    Abstract
    Isolation and identification of flavonoid compound of mundu (Garcinia dulcis(Roxb) kurz) leaves and antibacterium and antioxidant test.The process of flavonoid compound isolation begins with the process of maceration using methanol solvent, followed by participation in using ethyl acetate and n-Heksana and the process of isolation is carried on by using column chromatography. The structure was determined by using UV-Vis, IR, NMR, and LCMS/ MSSpectroscopy. Antibacterium test was done by using agar diffusion method and antioxidant by using DPPH method on flavonoid compound. Flavonoid compound obtained had weight of 12.0 mg and Rf (Retardation Factor) of 0.37. The result of interpreting data of spectroscopy indicated flavonoid compound of biflavonoid class, morreloflavanon with the structure formula of C30H23O11 and the molecule weight of 5.59. The activity of antibacteria of flavonoid compound on Staphylococcus aureus bacteria was 15.33 mm and Escherichia coli had inhibiting zone of 15.1 mm which could be categorized as a very strong antioxidant substance.
     
    Isolasi dan Identifikasi senyawa flavonoida dari daun tumbuhan mundu (Garcinia dulcis (Roxb) kurz) telah dilakukan serta uji aktivitas antibakteri dan antioksidan. Proses isolasi senyawa flavonoida diawali melalui proses maserasi menggunakan pelarut metanol, kemudian dilanjutkan partisi menggunakan etil asetat dan n-Heksana dan proses isolasi dilanjutkan menggunakan kromatografi kolom. Penentuan struktur menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis, IR, NMR dan LC-MS/MS. Uji antibakteri dilakukan menggunakan metode difusi agar dan antioksidan menggunakan metode DPPH terhadap senyawa flavonoida. Senyawa flavonoida yang diperoleh memiliki berat 12,0 mg dan nilai Rf (Reterdation Factor) diperoleh 0,37. Hasil interpretasi data spektroskopi menunjukkan senyawa flavonoida golongan biflavonoid yaitu morreloflavanon dengan rumus molekul C30H23O11 dan berat molekul m/z diproleh 559. Aktivitas antibakteri senyawa flavonoida terhadap bakteri tergolong sangat kuat dengan berturut-urut zona hambat adalah 15,33 mm dan 15,11 mm terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus aureus dan Escherichia coli. Senyawa flavonoida memiliki aktivitas antioksidan yang sangat kuat dengan nilai IC50 adalah 25,02 mg/l.
