    Pengaruh Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Komunikasi Perubahan Terhadap Kesiapan Berubah Karyawan

    Abstract
    Change is inevitable, nor should it be. Organizations are pressured to make a successful change. Employees’ readiness for change is one of the critical elements to smoothen change implementations. This study aims to assess the effect of perceived organizational support and change communication on employees’ readiness for change, individually and collectively. This study involved 196 employees of the PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Headquarters in Medan who are undergoing organizational change. The measuring instruments used in this study are the scale of readiness for change, scale of perceived organizational support, and scale of change communication. The results of the linear regression analysis support all of the researchers' hypotheses that are perceived organizational support and change communication that have a positive and significant effect on readiness to change employees. The findings in this study shed some light on how employers could maintain or increase the employees’ readiness for change.
     
    Perubahan tidak dapat dihindari dan tidak seharusnya dihindari. Organisasi dituntut untuk dapat menyukseskan rencana perubahan. Kesiapan berubah karyawan merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan implementasi perubahan agar dapat mencapai hasil akhir yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi dan komunikasi perubahan terhadap kesiapan berubah karyawan, secara terpisah maupun bersama. Penelitian ini melibatkan 196 responden yaitu karyawan Kantor Direksi PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III yang tengah menjalani perubahan organisasi. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan skala kesiapan berubah karyawan, skala persepsi dukungan organisasi, dan skala komunikasi perubahan. Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana dan berganda mendukung semua hipotesis peneliti yaitu persepsi dukungan organisasi dan komunikasi perubahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan berubah karyawan. Temuan penelitian menghasilkan beberapa saran bagi pihak perusahaan untuk dapat mempertahankan maupun meningkatkan tingkat kesiapan berubah karyawan.
