    Perbedaan Kadar Malondialdehid (MDA) Dalam Darah Penderita Tuberkulosis Paru, Tuberkulosis Paru Dengan Penyakit Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 dan Orang Sehat di Medan

    Abstract
    Purpose:This study aims to look at differences in levels of malondyaldehyde in the blood of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with type 2 diabetes mellitus, pulmonary tuberculosis and healthy people in Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia. Methods: This research is an analytical study using a case control approach by measuring the levels of malondyaldehide in pulmonary TB patients with type 2 DM, pulmonary TB and healthy people where blood sampling is carried out and examined by Elisa Kit. Data analyzed by Krsukal Wallis and Mann Whitney Results:75 data were collected, a total of 45 (60%) men and 30 (40%) women with the most age group of the study subjects followed by 31-40 years of age with normal BMI (76%). Conclusion:Clinical implications:Of the three groups of study subjects, the levels of malondyaldehide in the three groups were not statistically significant, but the difference in the results of the mean MDA levels in the highest TBDM group from the three groups was 12.42 nmol / ml compared to MDA levels at 3.75 nmol / ml and MDA levels in healthy people are 3.01 nmol / ml.
     
    Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan kadar malondyaldehide dalam darah penderita Tuberkulosis Paru dengan penyakit Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2, Tuberkulosis Paru dan orang sehat di Medan, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan studi analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan case control dengan mengukur kadar malondyaldehide pada penderita TB paru dengan DM tipe 2 , TB paru dan orang sehat dimana dilakukan pengambilan sampel darah dan di periksakan dengan Elisa Kit .Data dianalisa dengan Krsukal Wallis dan Mann Whitney Hasil : Terkumpul 75 data, jumlah sampel laki laki sebanyak 45 (60%) orang dan perempuan sebanyak 30 (40%) dengan kelompok umur subjek penelitian paling banyak diikuti oleh umur 31-40 tahun dengan IMT normal (76%). Kesimpulan : Clinical implications : Dari ketiga kelompok subjek penelitian didapatkan kadar malondyaldehide pada ketiga kelompok tidak bermakna secara statisik, tetapi didapatkan perbedaan hasil rerata kadar MDA pada kelompok TBDM tertinggi dari ketiga kelompok yaitu 12,42 nmol/ml dibandingkan kadar MDA pada TB 3,75 nmol/ml dan kadar MDA pada orang sehat 3,01 nmol/ml.
