    Abstract
    It was found in the research that the employees ' performance at PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution, Medan Branch was relatively lower than that at the other branch offices. The objective of the research was to analyze 1) the influence of stress on performance, 2) the influence training on performance, 3) the influence of organizational culture on performance, 4) the influence compensation on performance, and 5) the influence of work stress, training, organizational culture, and compensation on performance. The research used correlation research method. The samples were 50 respondents. The data were gathered by using questionnaires and analyzed by using regression analysis. The result of the research showed that there was positive and significant influence of training and compensation on employees' performance at PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution, Medan Branch.
     
    Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kinerja PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Cabang Medan masih relative rendah dibandingkan dengan cabang lainnya. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa kinerja masih belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja, (2) pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja, (3) pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja, (4) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja, (5) pengaruh stress kerja, pelatihan, budaya organisasi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional (Correlational Research). Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang.Analisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan yaitu pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan; kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerjakaryawan pada PT Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Cabang Medan.
