    Pengaruh Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi Dan Kualitas Interaksi Atasan Bawahan Terhadap Kesiapan Berubah Karyawan PT. Bank X (Influence of Perceived Organizational Support and Leader-Member Exchange towards Readiness for Change among Employees of PT. Bank X)

    Abstract
    This study aims to determine the influence of perceived organizational support and leader-member exchange to readiness for change among employees of PT. Bank X. The measurement tools used in this research were perceived organizational support scale, leader-member exchange scale and readiness for change scale. The study involved 293 employees of PT. Bank X. The sampling method used is stratified random sampling. The statistical analysis used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that perceived organizational support and the leader-member exchange influenced towards readiness for change among employees of PT. Bank X. Perceived organizational support and leader-member exchange contributed positively to employees' readiness for change. Perceived organizational support more contributed to increase readiness for change among employees of PT. Bank X rather than leader-member exchange. The implications of this research for the company to provide more support for the employees and implemented a better leader-member exchange in the company, so that the employees will be more ready to change.
     
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi dan kualitas interaksi atasan bawahan terhadap kesiapan berubah karyawan PT. Bank X. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala persepsi dukungan organisasi, skala kualitas interaksi atasan bawahan dan skala kesiapan berubah. Penelitian ini melibatkan 293 karyawan PT. Bank X. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah stratified random sampling. Analisis statistik menggunakan analisa regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi dan kualitas interaksi atasan bawahan berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan berubah karyawan. Persepsi dukungan organisasi dan kualitas interaksi atasan bawahan berkontribusi positif terhadap kesiapan berubah karyawan. Variabel persepsi dukungan organisasi memberikan sumbangan lebih besar terhadap kesiapan berubah karyawan dibandingkan variabel kualitas interaksi atasan bawahan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini agar perusahaan meningkatkan dukungan organisasi yang diberikan kepada karyawan serta meningkatkan kualitas interaksi atasan bawahan yang ada di perusahaan.
