    Pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT. Bank Sumut (The Influence of Career Development and Organizational Culture toward Employee Performance at PT. Bank SUMUT)

    Abstract
    Regional Development Bank are established with the aim of becoming a major contributor in building the economy of local communities. Then it becomes important to highlight the performance of the company, one of them through the assessment of the quality of human resources performance. The result of interviews and observations note that the performance of employees is influenced by several factors, some of which are career development and organizational culture. This study aim to examine the influence of career development and organizational culture toward employee performance. Using quantitative approach invloving 242 permanent employees in a Regional Development Bank. Simple and multiple regression was utilized to analyze these research data. The result revealed that careet development and organizational culture significant and positively influenced employee performance. The implication of this study will help organization to improve the performance of employees by implementing career development programs objectively, transparently and fairly and strengthen the organizational culture through socialization and monitoring the implementation of corporate value.
     
    Bank Pembangunan Daerah didirikan dengan tujuan agar dapat menjadi kontributor utama dalam membangun perekonomian masyarakat daerah. Maka dari itu, menjadi hal penting untuk menyoroti kinerja perusahaan tersebut, salah satunya melalui penilaian terhadap kualitas kinerja SDM yang ada di perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi diketahui bahwa kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, dua diantaranya adalah pengembangan karir dan budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pengembangan karir dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang melibatkan 242 pegawai tetap di sebuah Bank Pembangunan Daerah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan karir dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat membantu pihak perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dengan melasanakan program pengembangan karir secara objektif, transparan, dan adil serta menguatkan budaya organisasi melalui sosialisasi dan monitoring pelaksanaan nilai-nilai perusahaan.
