    Struktur dan Sifat Magnet dari ZnO Doping Mn dan co-Doping (Mn:Fe) dengan Metode Solid State Reaction

    Abstract
    Zn1-xMnxO and Zn0,98-xMnxFe0,02O have been synthesized using solid-state reaction method. ZnO, Mn and Fe powder was mixing and milling using high speed shaker milling. Effect of doped and co-doped on structure, morphology and magnetic properties investigated using XRD and VSM. The result of XRD Zn1-xMnxO and Zn0,98-xMnxFe0,02O exhibit structure policrystal hexagonal wurtzite. Diffraction intensity and lattice parameter a and c was decrease and angle peak of diffraction 2θ shifted to the higher angle. It was indicated that Mn and Fe ion have subtitutied in to ZnO matrix with smaller ionic radius then Zn ion. Increasing of dopant Mn and co-doped (Mn:Fe) concentration believed also will effect to morphology and magnetic properties.
     
    Zn1-xMnxO dan Zn0,98-xMnxFe0,02O telah disintesis menggunakan metode solid state reaction. Serbuk ZnO, Mn dan Fe dicampurkan dan dimilling menggunakan high speed shaker milling. Pengaruh dari doping dan co-doping pada struktur dan sifat magnet diinvestigasi menggunakan XRD dan VSM. Hasil dari XRD Zn1-xMnxO dan Zn0,98-xMnxFe0,02O menunjukkan struktur policrystal hexagonal wurtzite. Intensitas diffraksi dan parameter kisi a dan c mengalami penurunan dan sudut puncak diffraksi 2θ bergerak ke sudut yang lebih tinggi. Hal ini diindikasikan bahwa ion Mn dan Fe telah bersubtitusi kedalam matriks ZnO radius ionik yang lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan ion ZnO. Dengan meningkatnya konsentrasi doping Mn dan co-doping (Mn:Fe) diyakini juga akan mempengaruhi sifat magnetnya.
