    Persepsi Budaya Organisasi dan Proses Pembelajaran Terpadu Terhadap Komitmen Guru pada Sekolah Islam Terpadu (Perception of Organizational Culture and Integrated Learning Process Toward Commitment among Integrated Islamic School Teacher’s)

    Abstract
    The purpose of this study is to investigate theinfluenceof organization culture perceptionand integrated learning process toward commitment among Integrated Islamic Schools.The instruments were teachers’ commitment scale, organization culture scale and integrated learning process scale. The data were collected by questionnaires. It was analyzed multiple regression method throughSPSS 16 for windows. This study involved 127 teachers of the Integrated Islamic Schools.The result showed that organization culture and integrated learning processinfluenced to teachers’ commitment (R =651, R2 = 0.424, F = 44.151; p<0.01). Implication of this study was to understandand adopt values and norms of organization culture, implementing an integrated learning process would make to behavior teacher’s commitment. Teachers’ commitment could show behavior and emotional toward their work and influenced to organization effectiveness.
     
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi budaya organisasi dan proses pembelajaran terpadu terhadap komitmen guru padaSekolah Islam Terpadu. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini adalah skala komitmen guru skala budaya organisasi dan skala proses pembelajaran terpadu. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian data dianalisis dengan metode regresi bergandamelalui penggunaan program spss 16 for windows. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 127 guru yang mengajar di Sekolah Islam Terpadu.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi budaya organisasi dan proses pembelajaran terpadu secara bersama-sama memberikan pengaruh terhadap komitmen guru yang mengajar di Sekolah Islam Terpadu dengan(R= 0.651, R2 = 0.424, F = 44.515; p<0.01). Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah memahami kemudian mengadopsi nilai-nilai dan norma-norma budaya organisasi,serta melaksanakan proses pembelajar terpadusebagai bentuk prilaku dari komitmen. Guru yang berkomitmen terhadap pekerjaannya akan menunjukkan prilaku dan emosional terhadap pekerjaanya dan senantiasa meningkatkan efektivitas organisasinya.
