Analisis Faktor- Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Yield Obligasi (Studi Empiris pada Bank Pembangunan Daerah Periode 2011-2015)

Abstract

This study entitled "Analysis of Factors Affecting Yield Bond (Empirical Study On Regional Development Bank Period 2011-2015)." The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of growth in Gross Domestic Product, inflation, Return On Equity and Debt to Equity Ratio the yield to maturity of the bonds. This study uses FEM (Fixed Effect Model) through the Hausman test of panel data is processed using Eviews. The research sample consisted of eight Regional Development Bank issued bonds during the period 2011-2015. The results of the estimation indicate that the variable inflation and DER positive effect on the yield to maturity of bonds, while the GDP growth and ROE negative effect on yield to maturity of the bonds.

Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Yield Obligasi (Studi Empiris Pada Bank Pembangunan Daerah Periode 2011-2015).” Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pertumbuhan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto, inflasi, Return On Equity dan Debt to Equity Ratio terhadap yield to maturity obligasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode FEM (Fixed Effect Model) melalui uji Hausman dari data panel yang diolah menggunakan Eviews. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 8 Bank Pembangunan Daerah yang menerbitkan obligasi selama periode 2011-2015. Hasil dari estimasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel inflasi dan DER berpengaruh positif terhadap yield to maturity obligasi, sedangkan pertumbuhan PDRB dan ROE berpengaruh negatif terhadap yield to maturity obligasi.
