    Karakterisasi PULP Batang Kecombrang dengan Metode Spektrum X-Ray Difraction (XRD) dan Fourier Transform Infra Red (FT-IR)

    Abstract
    Pulp stems kecombrang characterization studies have been conducted with the method diffraction XRD and FTIR spectrum. Based on the XRD diffractogram, there are three peaks with the highest diffraction line widened curve where the swivel angle 2θ starting from 5º to 70º with a scan speed of 2 deg / min. From the XRD diffraction obtained, it is known that the crystallinity index of cellulose pulp stem kecombrang amounted to 73.05%. Then, based on test results FTIR spectrum pulp stem kecombrang known as much as 10 peaks of functional groups of organic compounds. Of the top 10 of the functional groups of organic compounds pulp stem kecombrang, there are five functional groups of the organic compound cellulose structure of the skeleton builder wavelengths is 3394,72 cm-1 ; 2893,22 cm-1 ; 1639,49 cm-1 ; 1427,32 cm-1 ; 898,83 cm-1.
     
    Telah dilakukan penelitian karakterisasi pulp batang kecombrang dengan metode difraksi XRD dan spektrum FTIR. Berdasarkan difraktogram XRD, terdapat tiga puncak difraksi tertinggi dengan garis kurva yang melebar dimana sudut putar 2θ dimulai dari 5º sampai 70º dengan kecepatan scan 2 deg/min. Dari difraksi XRD yang diperoleh , diketahui bahwa indeks kristalinitas selulosa pulp batang kecombrang adalah sebesar 73,05 %. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil pengujian spektrum FTIR pulp batang kecombrang diketahui sebanyak 10 puncak gugus fungsi senyawa organik. Dari 10 puncak gugus fungsi senyawa organik pulp batang kecombrang, terdapat 5 gugus fungsi senyawa organik pembangun kerangka struktur selulosa yang panjang gelombangnya yaitu 3394,72 cm-1 ; 2893,22 cm-1 ; 1639,49 cm-1 ; 1427,32 cm-1 ; 898,83 cm-1.
