Pengaruh Religiusitas dan Kontrol Diri Terhadap Perilaku Seksual Pranikah pada Remaja di Kota Lhokseumawe, Aceh (The Influence of Religiosity and Self- Control in Adolescent’s Sexual Behavior at Kota Lhokseumawe, Aceh)

Abstract

Premarital sexual behavior is any form of behavior that is driven by sexual desire committed by two men and women. Premarital sexual behavior in adolescents is influenced by several factors, namely religiosity and self- control. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of religiosity and self control on premarital sexual behavior in adolescents. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri "X" Kota Lhokseumawe with 123 students at the school as a sample that took by using quota sampling technique. The measuring tool that used in this study was four scales consist of the scale of premarital sexual behavior, the scale of religiousity and the scale of self- control. The result of this study showed there is a significance influence of religiosity and self- controlin adolescnet’s premarital sexual behavior at SMP Negeri “X” Kota Lhokseumawe, Aceh. UNIVERSITAS

Perilaku seksual pranikah merupakan segala bentuk tingkah laku yang didorong oleh hasrat seksual yang dilakukan oleh dua orang laki-laki dan perempuan. Perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu religiusitas dan kontrol diri. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas dan kontrol diri terhadap perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri “X” Kota Lhokseumawe dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 132 orang, data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan skala perilaku seksual pranikah, skala religiusitas, serta skala kontrol diri. hasil analisa data penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh religiusitas dan kontrol diri yang signifikan terhadap perilaku seksual pranikah pada remaja di SMP “X” Kota Lhokseumawe.
