dc.description.abstractNursing personnel is an important component in health services in hospitals, so it is necessary regulation of nursing staff standards including determining the number of nursing staff needs, qualifications and quality in implementing nursing services that have been determined. To obtain nursing staff in accordance with the objectives of the service starts from the recruitment process, the selection is carried out well. Research Objectives: developing competency-based nurse recruitment protocol at Santa Elisabeth Hospital, Medan. Research methods: action research level 1 is conducted from February to May 2019. Research instruments: questionnaires and FGD guidelines. The number of research participants was 30 people. Quantitative data analysis uses descriptive statistical tests and qualitative content analysis. The average value of the Protocol feasibility test is 3, it means it is feasible to use, the protocol usage test with direct application in recruitment activities. The results of descriptive quantitative analysis are the knowledge of 30 participants before the formulation of the protocol 80% to 100% after the implementation of recruitment. The results of the qualitative analysis through FGD with 6 participants directly involved in the recruitment process resulted in 6 themes: participant's perception of the plot; improvements that must be made; implementation barriers; protocol benefits; supporting factors for the implementation of recruitment; hope in the presence of protocol. Output: regulation; guidelines; SPO, Outcome: Entry into force of the Protocol through a director's decision letter.en_US
dc.description.abstractKetenagaan keperawatan merupakan komponen penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit, maka diperlukan regulasi tentang standar tenaga keperawatan meliputi penetapan kebutuhan tenaga keperawatan baik jumlah, kualifikasi maupun kualitas dalam melaksanakan pelayanan keperawatan yang telah ditetapkan. Untuk memperoleh tenaga keperawatan yang sesuai dengan tujuan layanan dimulai dari proses recruitment, seleksi yang dilaksanankan dengan baik. Tujuan Penelitian: mengembangkan protokol recruitment perawat berbasis kompetensi di Rumah Sakit Santa Elisabeth Medan. Metode penelitian: action research level 1 dilaksanakan Februari sampai Mei 2019. Instrument penelitian: kuesioner dan panduan FGD. Jumlah Partisipan penelitian 30 orang. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif dan kualitiatif content analysis. Nilai rata-rata uji kelayakan Protokol adalah 3 artinya layak digunakan, uji pemakaian protokol dengan penerapan langsung pada kegiatan recruitment. Hasil analisis kuantitatif deskriptif yaitu pengetahuan 30 orang partisipan sebelum perumusan protokol 80% menjadi 100% setelah pelaksanaan recruitment. Hasil analisis kualitatif melalui FGD dengan 6 orang partisipan yang terlibat langsung dalam proses recruitment menghasilkan 6 tema: persepsi partisipan tentang alur; perbaikan yang harus dilakukan; hambatan implementasi; manfaat protokol; faktor pendukung pelaksanaan recruitment; harapan dengan adanya protokol. Output: regulasi; pedoman; SPO, Outcome: Pemberlakuan Protokol melalui surat keputusan direktur.en_US
