    Pengaruh Morfin dan Arsen Dosis Letal Terhadap Pertumbuhan Larva Chrysoma.Sp pada Bangkai Tikus Whistar di Kota Medan

    Abstract
    Background : In this end many unusual contacts that often encounter, among others : murder, rape, drug overdose, poisoning, or suicide and sometimes unnatural death are largely undetected and found to be left behind only by corpses that begin to rot with many fly larvae all over their bodies. In such case, estimation of PMI using the life cycle of a fly which begins laying eggs, developing into instar I, II, III, prepupa, pupa and becoming flies affected the rat carcasses which had been given morphine and arsenic Method: Observational research using 20 healthy male whistar rats aged 3-4 months with a body weight of 200-300 grams divided into 3(mice gien morphine with lethal doses, arsenic given lethal doses and mice having been dislocated in the cervical bone). Previously caught as many as 100 flies of Chrysoma Sp and put them into cages that were covered with gauza. Obstruction of death and recorded. Slashed in the abdomen with 1 cm long and then placed into a cage that has been filled with chrysoma flies. The first observation is made after the sampel is sample is placed and recorded H0. Observations to note are changes in sample, egg or fly larvae inhabating the sample. Result : The development of the life cycle on the administration of morphine ,arsenic is faster than control. Eggs were found faster in controls than morphine and arsenic administration compared with arsenic and control but the instar 3 cycle is faster Conclusion :. Administration of morphine and arsenic is very influential on the development cycle of fies, growth in larvae length is significantly higher, administration of morphine and arsenic has an effect on egg laying and the process of decaying rat carcasse is longer.
     
    Latar belakang : Dalam akhir ini banyak kematian yang tidak wajar sering kita jumpai, antara lain : pembunuhan, pemerkosaan, overdosis obat, keracunan, ataupun bunuh diri. Dan kadang kematian tidak wajar sebagian besar tidak terdeteksi dan ditemukan hanya tertinggal mayat yang mulai membusuk dengan banyak larva lalat di sekujur tubuhnya Dalam kasus ini perkembangan siklus hidup lalat, yang dimulai dengan bertelur, kemudian berkembang menjadi larva instar I, II, III, prepupa, pupa dan menjadi lalat berpengaruh dengan bangkai tikus yang telah diberi morfin dan arsen. Metode: Penelitan Observational menggunakan 9 ekor tikus wistar jantan usia 3-4 bulan dengan berat 200-300 gram yang dibagi 3 ( tikus yang di beri morfin dosis letal, arsen yang di beri dosis letal dan tikus yang didislokasikan tulang leher). Sebelum nya menangkap lalat sebanyak 100 ekor lalat Chrysoma dan di masukan ke dalam 1 kandang yang tertutup kawat kasa. Observasi kematian dan dicatat. lalu dilakukan sayatan tipis 1 cm di perut kanan kemudian di letak kan ke dalam kandang yang sudah terisi lalat Chrysoma. Pengamatan pertama dilakukan setelah sampel diletakkan dan dicatat H0. Pengamatan yang diperhatikan adalah perubahan sampel, telur atau larva lalat yang menghuni sampel. Hasil : Perkembangan siklus hidup lalat pada pemberian morfin dan arsen lebih cepat daripada kontrol. Telur lebih cepat dijumpai pada kontrol dibandingkan pemberian morfin dan arsen. Larva instar 3 lebih panjang pemberian morfin dibandingkan dengan pemberian arsen dan kontrol tetapi siklus Instar 3 nya lebih cepat. Kesimpulan :. Pemberian morfin dan arsen sangat berpengaruh terhadap siklus perkembangan lalat, pertumbuhan panjang larva lebih tinggi secara signifikan Pemberian morfin dan arsen berpengaruh terhadap peletakan telur dan proses pembusukan bangkai tikus yang lebih lama.
