dc.description.abstractThis research design performance measurement model at PT. Intan Suar Kartika Medan using QMPMS method based on baldrige excellence performance criteria. Increased organization performance is really needed by company in order to enhance its competitiveness ability. In order to the organization performance measurement well, we need to design performance measurement model which is able to measure the effectiveness and the efficiency of all activities in the organization. That are some factors that affect and bring impact to the company performance. That factors are strategic planning, customer and market focus, workforce focus, operations focus and leadership. The data is obtained from spreading the questionnaire to 150 labors. Statistic approach that are used is Structural Equation Modeling approach by using SPPS Amos program version 22 in data processing. This research’s result showed that strategic planning (0,548), customer and market focus (0,112), workforce focus (0,105), operations focus (0,105) and leadership (0,130) are directly affected the company performance. Meanwhile, strategic planning and operations focus is also indirectly affected the company performance through leadership. The design of PT. Intan Suar Kartika Medan’s performance measurement model successfully identified 25 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which are 4 KPIs of strategic planning criteria, 5 KPIs of customer and market focus criteria, 5 KPIs of workforce focus criteria, 6 KPIs of operations focus criteria, 5 KPIs of leadership criteria. There are hirarchy model and matrix model for performance measurement.en_US
dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini merancang model pengukuran kinerja di PT. Intan Suar Kartika Medan menggunakan metode Quantitave Models for Performance Measurement System (QMPMS) dengan berbasis kriteria baldrige excellence performance. Kinerja organisasi yang meningkat sangat dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan daya saing. Untuk dapat mengukur kinerja organisasi dengan baik, diperlukan rancangan model pengukuran kinerja yang mampu mengukur efektivitas dan efisiensi dari setiap aktivitas dalam organisasi. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi dan membawa dampak pada kinerja perusahaan. Faktor-faktor itu adalah perencanaan strategis, fokus kepada pelanggan dan pasar, fokus kepada tenaga kerja, fokus kepada operasi dan kepemimpinan. Data penelitian diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 150 tenaga kerja. Pendekatan statistik yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPPS Amos versi 22 dalam pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan strategis (0,989), fokus kepada pelanggan dan pasar (0,203), fokus kepada tenaga kerja (0,190), fokus kepada operasi (0,173) dan kepemimpinan (0,235) berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Sementara itu, perencanaan strategis dan fokus kepada operasi juga berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui kepemimpinan. Perancangan model pengukuran kinerja PT.Intan Suar Kartika Medan berhasil mengidentifikasi 25 Key Performance Indicators (KPI), yaitu 4 KPI kriteria perencanaan strategis, 5 KPI kriteria fokus terhadap pelanggan dan pasar, 5 KPI kriteria fokus terhadap tenaga kerja, 5 KPI kriteria kriteria tenaga kerja, 6 KPI kriteria fokus kepada operasi, 5 KPI kriteria kepemimpinan. Tersedia model hirarki dan matriks pengukuran kinerja yang dapat di implementasikan di perusahaan.en_US
