Analisis Kesejahteraan Buruh Tani Padi di Kecamatan Pegajahan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of some variables (income, education, health, and the number of individual be burdening) on the welfare of rice-field hand workers in Kecamatan Pegajahan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. The method of research used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The samples was picking up through the random sampling as many as 97 respondents. The kind of data is that the primary data with the tool of questionnaire. The results of the study is interpreted by the products of interviewing and the estimated data resulted by the multiple linear regression. Based on the result of the study, partially or t test, variables those are income, education, health, and the number of individual be burdening, every one of them significantly affects the welfare of rice-field hand workers. Likewise, simultaneously or f test, the income, education, health, and the number of individual be burdening, also significantly affects the welfare of rice-field hand workers.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel pendapatan, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan jumlah tanggungan terhadap kesejahteraan buruh tani padi di Kecamatan Pegajahan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel melalui metode random sampling berjumlah 97 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan merupakan data primer dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian diinterpetasikan berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan pengolahan data melalui metode regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui secara parsial atau uji t, masing-masing variabel pendapatan, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan jumlah tanggungan berpengaruh nyata terhadap kesejahteraan. Secara simultan atau uji f, variabel pendidikan, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan jumlah tanggungan secara bersamaan berpengaruh nyata terhadap kesejahteraan.
