dc.description.abstract | Telah dilakukan pembuatan bonded magnet permanen BaFe12O19 - NdFeB
dengan penambahan resin epoksi ( 3, 5, 7, dan 9 % wt). Beberapa aplikasi
dari magnet tersebut diantaranya adalah digunakan pada generator listrik,
motor listrik radio, televisi, komputer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk
mengetahui pengaruhnya penambahan BaFe12O19 - NdFeB dengan Resin
Epoksi terhadap sifat fisis , sifat magnetik dan mikrostruktur. Proses
preparasi bahan baku mulai dari pencampuran serbuk BaFe12O19 - NdFeB
dicampur bahan perekat resin epoksi sebanyak ( 3, 5, 7, dan 9 % wt) dan
dicetak dengan gaya 4 tonf dengan menggunakan Carver Hydraulic Press
sehingga membentuk pellet. Sampel yang telah dicetak kemudian dikeringkan
dengan temperatur 80°C ditahan selama 1 jam. Karakterisasi yang dilakukan
meliputi pengukuran bulk density, microstructur menggunakan Optical
Microscope, nilai fluks magnetic dengan menggunakan gaussmeter dan sifat
magnet dengan menggunakan VSM. Dari hasil karakterisasi secara
keseluruhan diperoleh kondisi optimum pada komposisi bonded magnet
BaFe12O19 - NdFeB adalah variasi Resin Epoksi 3%wt. Sifat-sifat bonded
magnet BaFe12O19 - NdFeB tersebut adalah bulk density = 4,93 g/cm3, fluks
magnetik = 869,9 Gauss, dan BHmax 3,71 MGOe. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Has been made a permanent bonded magnet BaFe12O19 – NdFeB by adding Epoxy Resin
(3,5,7,9% wt). Several applications of that magnet in between has been used to an electrical
generator, radio electrical motor, television, computer. The purpose of this research is to
know the effect of adding BaFe12O19 – NdFeB with Epoxy Resin to the physical character,
magnetic character, and microstructure. Preparation process of raw material of mixing
BaFe12O19 – NdFeB powder with Epoxy Resin about (3,5,7, and 9% wt) and printed with 4
tonf style by using Carver Hydraulic Press, so that become a pellet. Sample which is printed
then being dried with temperature about 800C in an. The characteristic which is done is
about measuring bulk density, microstructure, using Optical Microscope, the flux magnetic
value by using Gaussmeter and the magnet characteristic using VSM. From the
characteristic over all obtained optimum condition at the bonded magnet is BaFe12O19 –
NdFeB is the variation of Epoxy Resin 3% wt. The characteristics of bonded magnet
BaFe12O19 – NdFeB is bulk density = 4.93 gr/cm3, flux magnetic = 869,9 Gauss, and BHmax
