    Analisis Besaran Dosis Radiasi Fluoroscopy Pemeriksaan Barium Enema dengan Sangkaan Hirschprung Disease

    Abstract
    Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang besaran dosis radiasi alat fluoroscopy pada pemeriksaan barium enema dengan sangkaan penyakit Hirschprung Disease. Penelitian dilakukan dengan variasi jarak dan faktor eksposi (kV, mA dan s ).Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menentukan besaran dosis dan jarak titik aman dalam pemeriksaan fluoroscopy. Alat ukur yang dipakai dosimeter perorangan yaitu Thermoluminisence Dose ( TLD ). Objek yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini phantom virtual water ukuran 30 cm x 30 cm setara ukuran lingkar perut bayi pada pemeriksaan barium enema. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semakin jauh jarak sumber radiasi alat fluoroscopy maka dosis radiasi semakin kecil.
     
    Research on radiation doses of fluoroscopy devices has been carried out on barium enema examination with suspicion of Hirschprung Disease. The study was conducted with a variety of distances and exposure factors (kV, mA and s). As for the purpose of this study to determine the dose and distance of the safe point in the examination of fluoroscopy. The measuring instrument used by the individual dosimeter is Thermoluminisence Dose (TLD). The object used in this study is phantom virtual water size 30 cm x 30 cm equivalent to the size of the baby's abdominal circumference on barium enema examination. The results showed that the farther the distance of the fluoroscopy radiation source, the smaller the radiation dose.
