Pengaruh Locus Of Control dan Social Capital Terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha (Studi Kasus pada Pelaku Bisnis Online Mahasiswa FEB USU)

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh locus of control dan social capital terhadap keberhasialan usaha pada pelaku bisnis online mahasiswa FEB USU. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku bisnis online mahasiswa FEB USU, penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Adapun objek penelitian ini yaitu pada mahasiswa FEB USU. Jumlah sampel yang didapatkan sebanyak 96 mahasiswa dengan periode pengamatan mulai dari bulan Mei hingga Juli. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner dan wawancara dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung di fakultas FEB USU. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan penggunaan Locus of Control dan Social Capital secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Pada Pelaku Bisnis Online Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Utara, Locus of Control dan Social Capital secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Pada pelaku Bisnis Online Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sumatera Utara.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of locus of control and social capital on business success in USU's FEB student online business. The population in this study is the online business of USU FEB students, this study is a quantitative study. The object of this research is USU FEB students. The number of samples obtained was 96 students with an observation period starting from May to July. The data collection method uses the questionnaire and interview method by conducting direct observations at USU's FEB faculty. The results of this study indicate that the use of Locus of Control and Social Capital simultaneously has a significant effect on Business Success in Online Business Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business of North University, Locus of Control and Social Capital partially has a positive and significant effect on Business Success of Online Business Students Faculty of Economics and Business, University of North Sumatra.
