dc.description.abstract | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara work life balance dengan burnout dikalangan account officer Bank X. Burnout merupakan suatu respon terhadap keadaan kerja yang menekan. Burnout sendiri diawali dengan munculnya stress kerja yang berkepanjangan. Work-Life Balance adalah kemampuan seseorang untuk menyeimbangkan antara tuntutan pekerjaan dengan kebutuhan pribadi dan keluarganya. Partisipan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 120 orang account officer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis korelasi dengan teknik total sampling. Data diperoleh dengan membagikan skala burnout dan skala work life balance dalam bentuk skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara work life balance terhadap burnout. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi tingkat work life balance maka semakin rendah tingkat burnout, begitu juga sebaliknya jika rendah tingkat work life balance maka akan tinggi tingkat burnout. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work life balance and burnout among account officers bank x. Burnout is a response to a pressing working state. Burnout itself begins with the emergence of prolonged work stress. Work-Life Balance is the ability of a person to balance the demands of work with their personal and family needs. The participants in this study were 120 account officer. This study uses a quantitative method of the type of correlation with the total sampling technique. Data was obtained by distributing the burnout scale and work life balance scale in the form of a Likert scale. The results showed that there was a significant effect between work life balance on burnout. This means that the higher the work life balance level, the lower the burnout level, and vice versa if the work life balance level is low, the burnout level will be high. | en_US |
