dc.description.abstract | River Valley Residence is the latest offering from the Wiraland Property Group that carries the
Environmental Reverse commitment, which is the best greening residence in North Sumatra.
Residential with an area of 52 hectares which already has 1600 housing units with security post
facilities, marketing offices, green open land, sunflower garden and swimming pool. Based on
sample tests at the drainage outlet water outlet, it was found that the organic material content
had exceeded the domestic wastewater quality standard ie BOD 78.94 mg/l, COD 3468 mg/l,
TSS 1014 mg/l, oil and fat 380 mg/l. The results of the calculation of the use of clean water,
wastewater treatment plant planning capacity of 800 m3/day. The comparative study
recommends a treatment system using the RBC (Rotating Biological Contactor) process and the
required units consist of 2 fat separator tanks with a volume of 33.3 m3, an equalization tank
with a volume of 133.3 m3, an initial sedimentation tank with a volume of 100 m3, Rotating
Biological Contactor (RBC) with a volume of 133.3 m3, a final sedimentation tank with a
volume of 100 m3, a disinfection tank with a volume of 8.33 m3, a mud processing tank with a
volume of 23.75 m3 and the required land area of ± 185 m2. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | River Valley Residence merupakan persembahan terbaru dari Wiraland Property Group yang
mengusung komitmen Environmental Reverse, yakni hunian dengan penghijauan terbaik di
Sumatera Utara. Hunian dengan luas 52 Ha yang sudah memiliki 1600 unit rumah dengan
fasilitas pos satpam, kantor pemasaran, lahan terbuka hijau, sunflower garden dan kolam
renang. Berdasarkan uji sampel pada outlet drainase air buangan, diperoleh bahwa kandungan
bahan organik telah melebihi baku mutu air limbah domestik yaitu BOD 78,94 mg/l, COD 3468
mg/l, TSS 1014 mg/l, minyak dan lemak 380 mg/l. Hasil perhitungan pemakaian air bersih,
kapasitas perencanaan instalasi pengolahan air limbah sebesar 800 m3/hari. Studi perbandingan
merekomendasikan sistem pengolahan dengan menggunakan proses RBC (Rotating Biological
Contactor) dan unit-unit yang diperlukan terdiri dari 2 bak pemisah lemak dengan volume 33,3
m3, bak ekualisasi dengan volume 133,3 m3, bak sedimentasi awal dengan volume 100 m3, bak
RBC(Rotating Biological Contactor) dengan volume 133,3 m3, bak sedimentasi akhir dengan
volume 100 m3, bak desinfeksi dengan volume 8,33 m3, bak pengolah lumpur dengan volume
23,75 m3 dan luas lahan yang diperlukan berkisar ± 185 m2. | en_US |
