    Pengaruh Faktor Budaya, Sosial, Pribadi dan Psikologis Terhadap Proses Keputusan Pembelian Mobil Merek Toyota pada AUTO2000 Cabang Binjai

    Abstract
    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Faktor Budaya, Sosial, Pribadi, dan Psikologis dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Proses keputusan pembelian mobil merek Toyota pada AUTO2000 Cabang Binjai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan regresi linier berganda, besarnya sampel penelitian dihitung dengan rumus Slovin sehingga penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 95 orang Adapun hasil penelitian adalah Faktor Budaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mobil Merek Toyota, Faktor Sosial berpengaruh signifikan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mobil Merek Toyota, Faktor Pribadi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mobil Merek Toyota dimana dan Faktor Psikologis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mobil Merek Toyota sedangkan secara simultan Faktor Budaya, Faktor Sosial Faktor Pribadi dan Faktor Psikologis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mobil Merek Toyota di AUTO 2000 Cabang Binjai. Nilai Adjusted R Square yaitu 0,778 atau 77,80%, artinya variabel penelitian memberikan sumbangsih atau kontribusi dalam menjelaskan tentang Keputusan Pembelian Mobil Merek Toyota AUTO2000 Cabang Binjai sebesar 77,80% sedangkan sisanya 22,20% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian. Saran penelitian agar pimpinan AUTO2000 Cabang Binjai dapat meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pentingnya pendekatan budaya dalam mendekati pelanggan, meningkatkan pemahaman tentang pentingnya pendekatan sosial kepada pelanggan, meningkatkan pola pendekatan Faktor Pribadi dan pendekatan Faktor Psikologis melalui komunikasi personal.
     
    The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze Cultural Factors, Social, Personal, and Psychological and its Influence on the decision Process of purchase the car of Toyota brand in AUTO2000 Branch Binjai. Type of research used in this research is descriptive research analysis with the approach of multiple linear regression, the magnitude of the research sample is calculated by the formula Slovin so this study is amounted to 95 people As for the results of the research are Cultural Factors significantly influence the Purchase Decision of the Car Brands Toyota, Social Factors significantly influence the Purchase Decision of the Car Brands Toyota, The Personal factor has positive and significant effect towards Purchasing Decision of Car Brands Toyota and Psychological Factors significantly influence the Purchase Decision of the Car Brands Toyota, while simultaneously Cultural Factors, Social Factors Personal Factors and Psychological Factors significantly influence the Purchase Decision of the Car of Toyota Brand in the AUTO2000 Branch Binjai. Value of Adjusted RSquare i.e., 0,778 or 77,80%, meaning that the variables of the study provide a contribution or contribution in explaining about the Decision of Purchase of the Car Brand Toyota AUTO2000 Branch Binjai by 77,80% while the rest 22,20% is influenced by other factors outside the study. Research suggestions that the leadership of the AUTO2000 Branch Binjai it is recommended to increase understanding about the importance of cultural approach in approaching the customer, improving the understanding about the importance of a social approach to customers, improve the pattern approach Personal Factors and the approach of Psychological Factors through personal communication.
