    Abstract
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan beberapa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kredit investasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2011-2015 dengan menganalisa laporan keuangan bank. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah Dana Pihak Ketiga, Inflasi, BI rate dan Nilai Tukar Rupiah Terhadap Dollar AS. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah 12 perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode Common Effect Model dan dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 12 perbankan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dari data laporan keuangan perbankan melalui situs Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Dana Pihak Ketiga berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap permintaan Kredit Investasi, sementara Inflasi, BI Rate, Nilai Tukar Rupiah terhadap Dolar AS berpengaruh negatif yang tidak signifikan terhadap permintaan Kredit Investasi.
     
    This study aims to show several factors that affect investment credit listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2011-2015 by analyzing bank financial statements. These factors are Third Party Funds, Inflation, the BI Rate and the Rupiah Exchange Rate against the US Dollar. This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The population used is 12 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. By using the Common Effect Model method with a sample of 12 banks. The data used are secondary data collected from the banking financial statement data through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The results of this study indicate that Third Party Funds, Inflasi and the Rupiah Exchange Rate against the US Dollar have a significant positive effect on Investment Loans, while the , Inflasi BI Rate, and the Rupiah Exchange Rate against the US Dollar has not a significant negative effect on Investment Loans.
