Hubungan Antara Rule of Ten Terhadap Komplikasi Pasca Labioplasty pada Pasien Cleft Lip di Rumah Sakit Accuplast Tahun 2016-2018

Abstract

Background. Cleft lip and palate is one of the orofacial congenital abnormalities. Data shows that complication rates range from 1.7% to 8.2%. Cleft lip repair time is influenced by many factors, but many improvements follow the rule of ten. Purpose. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between rule of ten and post labioplasty complications. Method. The sample in this study was cleft lip and palate patients at Accuplast Hospital Medan from January 2016 to December 2018. The data collected were secondary data from the patient's medical records and from each sample tabulated. Data analysis was performed by Statistical Program and Service Solution (SPSS). Results. From 340 cleft lip patients, 86 patients met the study criteria. Patients who broke the rule of ten without experiencing complications were 5.8% and patients who experienced complications were 1.2%. There were 7 cases of complications, 6 cases of postoperative bleeding and 1 case of minor dehiscence. There is no statistically significant relationship between rule of ten and complications of labioplasty surgery with a p value of 0.409. Conclusion. There is no relationship between rule of ten on complications of labioplasty surgery.

Latar Belakang. Cleft lip and palate merupakan salah satu kelainan kongenital bagian orofacial. Data menunjukkan bahwa tingkat komplikasi berkisar dari 1,7% hingga 8,2%. Waktu perbaikan Cleft lip dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, namun banyak perbaikan mengikuti rule of ten. Tujuan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara rule of ten terhadap komplikasi pasca labioplasty. Metode. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pasien cleft lip and palate di Rumah Sakit Accuplast Medan sejak Januari 2016 hingga Desember 2018. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data sekunder dari rekam medis pasien dan dari masing-masing sampel ditabulasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Statistical Program and Service Solution(SPSS). Hasil. Dari 340 pasien cleft lip diperoleh 86 pasien yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian. Pasien yang melanggar rule of ten tanpa mengalami komplikasi yaitu sebanyak 5,8% dan pasien yang mengalami komplikasi sebanyak 1,2%. Terdapat 7 kasus komplikasi, 6 kasus perdarahan pascaoperasi dan 1 kasus minor dehiscence. Tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik antara rule of ten dan komplikasi operasi labioplasty dengan nilai p value adalah 0,409. Kesimpulan. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara rule of ten terhadap komplikasi operasi labioplasty.
