    Analisis Pengaruh Produk dan Promosi Wisata Terhadap Minat Kunjung Ulang Wisatawan di Kabupaten Dairi

    Abstract
    The objective of the research was to find out 1) the influence of product on tourists’ interest in revisiting Dairi Regency, 2) the influence of promotion on tourists’ interest in revisiting Dairi Regency, and 3) the influence of product and promotion on tourists’ interest in revisiting Dairi Regency. The research used descriptive quantitative method with questionnaires. The population was Indonesian tourists who visited Dairi Regency, and 110 of them were used as the samples. Validity construct method was used for validity test, alpha Cronbach formula was used for reliability test, and multiple regression analysis was used for hypothesis test. The result of the research showed that 1) product had positive and significant influence on tourists’ interest in revisiting Dairi Regency at p-value=0.000, 2) promotion had positive and significant influence on tourists’ interest in revisiting Dairi Regency at p-value=0.000, and 3) product and promotion simultaneously had positive and significant influence on tourists’ interest in revisiting Dairi Regency at p-value=0.000. Determination coefficient (R2) of product and promotion simultaneously had positive influence on the interest in revisiting Dairi Regency at 0.598 (59.8%).
     
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh produk terhadap minat kunjung ulang wisatawan di Kabupaten Dairi. (2) pengaruh promosi terhadap minat kunjung ulang wisatawan di Kabupaten Dairi. (3) pengaruh produk dan promosi terhadap minat kunjung ulang wisatawan di Kabupaten Dairi. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana instrumen penelitian ini berupa kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah wisatawan nusantara yang berkunjung ke Kabupaten Dairi dengan sampel 110 responden. Alat uji validitas menggunakan metode validitas konstruk, uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha cronbach dan analisis regresi berganda digunakan sebagai uji hipotesis penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa: (1) produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat kunjung ulang wisatawan di Kabupaten Dairi dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000. (2) promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat kunjung ulang wisatawan di Kabupaten Dairi dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000. (3) produk dan promosi secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat kunjung ulang dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Besarnya koefisien determinasi (R2) produk dan promosi secara serempak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat kunjung ulang di Kabupaten Dairi adalah sebesar 0,598 (59,8%).
