Phytochemical and Antibacterial Screening Test of Ceremai Leaf Ethanol Extract (Phyllantusacidus (L) skeels). Pepper leaf powder was extracted by maceration method using 96% ethanol solvent for 48 hours. And in the rotary evaporator to produce the concentrated extract. The result of phytochemical screening test showed that the extract of ethanol leaves of ceremai showed positive saponin and tannin. The result of antibacterial activity test showed that the extract of ethanol leaves of ceremai gave more effective inhibition zone diameter were Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus, and Escherichia coli bacteria at concentration 20% with diameter 10,05 mm, 10,05 mm, and 9, 00 mm. Uji Skrining Fitokimia dan Antibakteri dari Ekstrak Etanol Daun Ceremai (Phyllantusacidus (L) skeels). Serbuk daun ceremai diekstraksi dengan metode maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 96% selama 48 jam. Dan di rotary evaporator sehingga menghasilkan ekstrak pekatnya. Hasil uji skrining fitokimia menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol daun ceremai menunjukkan positif saponin dan tanin. Hasil uji aktivitas antibakteri menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol daun ceremai memberikan diameter zona hambat yang lebih efektif adalah bakteri Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus, dan Escherichia coli pada konsentrasi 20% dengan diameter zona hambat bakteri 10,05 mm, 10,05 mm, dan 9,00 mm.
