Minat Masyarakat Terhadap Asuransi Syariah (Studi Kasus: PT. Takaful Keluarga Kota Medan)

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Takaful Keluarga’s in Medan. Its objective is to analyse the society’s interest towards Islamic insurance at Medan. The type of this research is descriptive analysis which the method of the sampling is Purposive Sampling. The total number of the sample for this research is 82 respondents who are the costumers of the PT. Takaful Keluarga’s. The type of data on the questionnairs that were distributed to the respondents. The analysis method that is used in this research is descriptive which is also to draw the responds of the respondents in the questionnaires. The result of this research shows that the customers of the PT. Takaful Keluarga’s at Medan are interested towards the Islamic Insurance. The factors are based on the sharia principle, products, premiums, promotions. The questionnaires that were distributed to the respondents stated that the respondents strongly agree that the reason why they are interested in Islamic Insurance are based on the sharia principle, products, premiums, and promotions.

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT. Takaful Keluarga Kota Medan yang betujuan untuk mengetahui minat masyarakat terhadap asuransi syariah dikota Medan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 82 responden dari nasabah asuransi syariah PT. Takaful Keluarga Kota Medan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepeda responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan menggambarkan jawaban responden yang ada dalam kuesioner. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nasabah asuransi syariah PT. Takaful Keluarga Kota Medan berminat terhadap asuransi syariah karena faktor prinsip syariah, produk, premi, dan promosi. Dan kuesioner yang diajukan kepada responden dalam bentuk kuesioner menyatakan sangat setuju faktor prinsip syariah, produk, premi, dan promosi menjadikan masyarakat berminat terhadap asuransi syariah PT. Takaful Keluarga Kota Medan.
