    Pembuatan Alat Penyemprotan Pestisida dan Pemupukan Cair dengan Media Balon Gas Helium pada Tanaman Padi

    Abstract
    In fact, the use of hand-held spray sprayers often experiences constraints or damage to the components of the tool, besides that, problems also often occur during operation including frequent plant trampling, long operating times, and high levels of operator fatigue. This study aims to create, test and analyze the economic value of pesticide sprayers and liquid fertilizers with helium gas balloon media on rice plants. The parameters observed were the effective capacity of the tool, fuel requirements, need for watering water, and analyzing operating costs on the tool. This tool is operated on paddy fields or ground trajectories at an area of 200m2 with a flying system or raised by lifting media. The results showed that the effective capacity of the tool was 0.435 Ha / Hour or 2.913 Hours / Ha, with an efficiency level of 84.37%, fuel consumption 4.2730 l / hour or 2.685 l / ha, the average watering needs of 713.33 l / ha, and the value of equipment operating costs is Rp 581.190 / ha.
     
    Kenyataannya pada penggunaan pompa sprayer tipe gendong (hand sprayer) sering mengalami kendala atau kerusakan pada komponen alat, disamping itu, masalah juga sering terjadi pada saat pengoperasian diantaranya yaitu seringnya tanaman terinjak, waktu pengoperasian yang lama, dan tingkat kelelahan pada operator yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat, menguji dan menganalisa nilai ekonomi pada alat penyemprot pestisida dan pupuk cair dengan media balon gas helium pada tanaman padi. Parameter yang diamati yaitu kapasitas efektif alat, kebutuhan bahan bakar, kebutuhan air penyiraman, serta menganalisis biaya operasi pada alat. Alat ini dioperasikan pada lintasan persawahan ataupun lintasan tanah pada luas 200m2 dengan sistem terbang atau diangkat oleh media pengangkat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas efektif alat sebesar 0,435 Ha/Jam atau 2,913 Jam/Ha, dengan tingkat efisiensi alat sebesar 84,37 %, konsumsi bahan bakar 4,2730 l/jam atau 2,685 l/ha, kebutuhan air penyiraman rata-rata sebesar 713,33 l/ha, serta nilai biaya operasi alat sebesar Rp 581.190/ha.
