Perbedaan Mean Platelet Volume (MPV),Platelet Count (PLT) dan Rasio MPV terhadap PLT pada Pasien Sebelum dan Sesudah Tatalaksana Spondylitis Tuberkulosis di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Haji Adam Malik Medan Tahun 2017-2019

Abstract

OBJECTIVE : The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is differences of MPV Level, Platelet count and Ratio between MPV and Platelet count in spondylitis tuberculosis before getting anti-tuberculosis drugs treatment and after undergone anti-tuberculosis drugs treatment. MATERIAL AND METHODS : This is a retrospective analytic study. The data were taken from patients with tuberculous spondylitis who went to Haji Adam Malik General Hospital Medan from January 2017 to December 2019. The population of this study were patients who were treated at Haji Adam Malik General Hospital Medan. From the study population random samples will be chosen based on the results of the calculation of the estimated sample size. The significance level used was 5% (0.05) and the significance level was 10% (0.1). Normality test obtained by using the Shapiro-Wilk test, while The Statistical test used between Paired Sample T Test or Wilcoxon Test RESULTS : The results showed differences in mean MPV value before and after anti-tuberculous therapy was 9.301fL ± 0.850 and 9.070fL ± 0.740 respectively with p values <0.001. PLT mean values before and after anti-tuberculous therapy was 376.320 x 103 / uL ± 128,001 and 329,001 x 103 / uL ± 100,001 respectively with p values <0.001 which means that there are significant changes between MPV values before and after anti-tuberculous therapy. The results are then processed to find the ratio value before and after anti-tuberculous therapy. The results of the ratio before and after anti-tuberculous therapy was 0.027±0.112 and 0.030±0.012 respectively with p values <0.001. CONCLUSION : There is a differences MPV value before being treated with anti-tuberculous drugs was greater than after being treated with anti-tuberculous drugs, the value of PLT before being treated with anti-tuberculous drugs was greater than after being treated with anti-tuberculous drugs, and the ratio of MPV to PLT before being treated was smaller than after being treated with anti-tuberculous drugs.

OBJEKTIF : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat adanya perbedaan nilai MPV, Platelet dan rasio antara MPV terhadap Platelet pada pasien spondylitis tuberkulosis sebelum mendapatkan terapi obat antituberkulosis dan sesudah mendapatkan terapi obat antituberkulosis MATERIAL DAN METODE : Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik retrospektif. Data yang diambil adalah pasien dengan spondylitis tuberkulosis yang berobat ke RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan dari bulan Januari 2017-Desember 2019. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pasien yang berobat di RSUP. Haji. Adam Malik Medan. Dari populasi penelitian akan dipilih sampel secara acak berdasarkan hasil perhitungan estimasi besar sampel. Tingkat kemaknaan yang digunakan adalah 5% (0,05) dan tingkat kemaknaan kecenderungan 10% (0,1). Uji normalitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji Shapiro-Wilk, sedangkan uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Paired Sample T-Test atau Wilcoxon Test HASIL : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan nilai rerata MPV sebelum terapi obat antituberkulosis 9.301fL±0.850 dan sesudah terapi obat antituberkulosis 9.070fL±0.740 dengan nilai p<0.001, nilai rerata PLT sebelum terapi obat antituberkulosis 376.320 103/uL ±128,001 dan sesudah terapi obat antituberkulosis sebesar 329,001 103/uL ±100,001 dengan nilai p<0.001, yang memiliki arti terdapat perubahan yang bermakna antara nilai MPV sebelum dan sesudah mendapatkan terapi obat antituberkulosis. Hasil tersebut selanjutnya diolah untuk mencari nilai rasio MPV terhadap Platelet sebelum dan sesudah terapi obat antituberkulosis. Hasil rasio MPV terhadap Platelet sebelum terapi obat antituberkulosis 0.027±0.112 dan sesudah terapi obat antituberkulosis 0.030±0.012 dengan nilai p<0.001 KESIMPULAN : Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa nilai MPV sebelum diterapi obat antituberkulosis lebih besar daripada sesudah diterapi antituberkulosis, nilai PLT sebelum diterapi obat antituberkulosis lebih besar daripada sesudah diterapi obat antituberkulosis, serta rasio MPV terhadap PLT sebelum diterapi obat antituberkulosis lebih kecil daripada sesudah diterapi obat antituberkulosis.
