    Pembuatan dan Karakterisasi Tinta Organik Berbasis Hydrochar dari Limbah Kulit Durian yang Diperkuat oleh Getah Akasia

    Abstract
    Tinta organik berbasis hydrochar dari limbah kulit durian yang diperkuat oleh getah akasia atau gum arab telah berhasil disiapkan untuk mengganti tinta konvensional dari carbon black. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja tinta organik, struktur hydrochar ditambahkan 10 ml dan 15 ml alkohol 96%. Sample disiapkan dengan mengolah selulosa kulit durian menjadi hydrochar kemudian dicampurkan untuk menghasilkan tinta organik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh tinta printer organik berbasis hydrochar dari hasil limbah kulit durian yang tidak mengalami pengendapan yaitu sampel A3 dengan variasi komposisi 4 gram hydrochar dan 10 ml alkohol 96% serta 1,5 gram gum arabic dengan penambahan 20 ml aquadest. Pada sampel A3 memiliki nilai densitas 0,475 gr/cm3, viskositas 5,3 Cp, tegangan permukaan 18,398 dyne/cm dan taraf intensitas cahaya nya -12 lux yang masih mendekati nilai sifat tinta yang memenuhi Standart Nasional Indonesia (SNI) yaitu nilai densitas 0,9- 1 g/cm3, viskositas 5,2 Cp, tegangan permukaan 29,871 dyne/cm dan taraf intensitas cahaya nya -15 lux. Berdasarkan karakterisasi morfologi permukaan dengan SEM, ditemukan bahwa mikrograf permukaan tinta organik seperti butiran kecil lebih padat sehingga tinta tidak beracun dan karsinogenik jika dihirup oleh paru-paru.Material tinta organik ini memanfaatkan gugus hydrochar yang tersusun berbentuk granule bila dibandingkan dengan carbon black yang memiliki bentuk morfologi tajam yang apabila terhirup oleh manusia dalam jangka lama akan mengakibatkan gangguan pernapasan hingga dapat menyebabkan peradangan paru-paru.
     
    Organic ink based on hydrochar from durian skin waste reinforced by acacia gum or arabic gum has been successfully prepared to replace conventional ink (carbon black). The improvement waste made by using 10 ml and 15 ml alcohol-96%. The samples were prepared by processing sellulose of durian skin into hydrochar then mixed to produced organic ink. The stucture of hydrochar is added 10 ml and 15 ml of 96% alcohol. The results showed that obtained organic ink based on hydrochar from durian skin waste that did not produce sedimentation were A3 samples with a composition variation of 4 grams of hydrochar and 10 ml of 96% alcohol and 1.5 grams of arabic gum with addition of 20 ml aquadest. In sample A3 it has a density of 0.475 gr / cm3, a viscosity of 5.3 Cp, a liquid surface tension of of 18.398 dyne /cm and a light intensity of -12 lux which still approaching value of ink properties be in accordance with the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) the density value is 0, 9-1 g / cm3, viscosity 5.2 Cp, surface tension 29.871 dyne / cm and light intensity level -15 lux. Based on the surface morphology characterization with SEM, it was found that the surface micrograph of organic inks such as small granules were denser so that the ink is not toxic and carcinogenic if inhaled by the lungs. This organic ink material using a hydrocarbial group composed of granular structures when compared to carbon black which has a sharp morphological thatif inhaled by the human for a long time cause lung inflammation.
