Kontribusi fluktuasi Harga Komoditas Pangan Terhadap Inflasi Provinsi Sumatera Utara (Kasus : Kota Sibolga Dan Kota Padang Sidempuan)

Abstract

The basis for calculating inflation for North Sumatra Province itself is calculated based on four cities, namely Medan, Pematang Siantar, Sibolga, Padang Sidempuan. Because the four cities have quite a distance between their cities, it is indicated that changes in inflation in North Sumatra Province are caused by the inflation linkages of the four cities. Is there an inflation link between Sibolga City and Padang Sidempuan City in North Sumatra Province. The methods used are Vector Autoregressive (VAR) and Granger Causality Test. (1) Inflation variables that have the biggest and most positive contribution to inflation are inflation itself and the price of red chili. The results of this study indicate that: (2) The rice price variable that contributes the most to the rice price is the price of rice itself and inflation itself. (3) The red chili price variables that contributed the most to the price of red chili were the price of red chili itself and the price of chicken eggs. (4) The cooking oil price variable that contributed the most to the cooking oil price was the cooking oil price itself and the inflation itself. (5) The price variables of broiler chicken that contributed the most to the price of broiler chicken were the price of the chicken itself and the price of red chili. (6) The price variable for eggs that contributed the most to the price of eggs is the price of eggs and the price of broiled chicken. (7) The maize price variables that contributed the most to the price of maize were the price of corn itself and the price of broiler chicken eggs. (8) There is no inflation linkage between Kota Sibolga and Kota Padang Sidempuan.

Basis perhitungan inflasi untuk Provinsi Sumatera Utara sendiri dihitung berdasarkan empat Kota antara lain yaitu kota Medan, Pematang Siantar, Sibolga, Padang Sidempuan. Oleh karena keempat Kota tersebut memiliki jarak yang cukup jauh antara Kotanya dengan demikian diindikasikan perubahan inflasi di Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang disebabkan oleh keterkaitan inflasi empat Kota tersebut. Apakah ada keterkaitan inflasi antara Kota Sibolga dengan Kota Padang Sidempuan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Motode yang digunakan adalah Vector Autoregressive (VAR) dan Uji Kausalitas Granger. (1) Variabel inflasi yang berkontribusi paling besar dan positif terhadap inflasi adalah inflasi itu sendiri dan harga cabai merah. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa: (2) Variabel harga beras yang berkontribusi paling besar terhadap harga beras adalah harga beras itu sendiri dan inflasi itu sendiri. (3) Variabel harga cabai merah yang berkontribusi paling besar terhadap harga cabai merah adalah harga cabai merah itu sendiri dan harga telur ayam. (4) Variabel harga minyak goreng yang berkontribusi paling besar terhadap harga minyak goreng adalah harga minyak goreng itu sendiri dan inflasi itu sendiri. (5) Variabel harga daging ayam ras yang berkontribusi paling besar terhadap harga daging ayam ras adalah harga daging ayam ras itu sendiri dan harga cabai merah. (6) Variabel harga telur ayam ras yang berkontribusi paling besar terhadap harga telur ayam ras adalah harga telur ayam ras itu sendiri dan harga daging ayam ras. (7) Variabel harga jagung yang berkontribusi paling besar terhadap harga jagung adalah harga jagung itu sendiri dan harga telurr ayam ras. (8) Tidak ada keterkaitan inflasi antara Kota Sibolga dan Kota Padang Sidempuan.
