    Sintesis Dan Karakterisasi Material Soft Magnetic Nixzn1-Xfe2o4 (X = 0,2 – 0,8) Pasir Besi Lombok Dengan Metode Kopresipitasi

    Abstract
    Softmagnetic nanoparticle NixZn1-xFe2O4 has been synthesized with variation of composition x = 0,2 – 0,8. The research purposes is know effect of variation x on crystal structure, microstructure, magnetic properties and density. The sample preparation process starts with the dissolved of iron sand with 25 ml HCl 37% and filtered. Furthermore, dissolved NiCl2.6H2O and ZnCl2 with 25 ml Aquades with mass of the materials according to the variation x. Mixed iron sand solvent with Nickel zinc solvent approximately 20 minutes. Then dissolved of 30 gr NaOH into 250 ml Aquades and stirrered approximately 20 minutes with temperature 80º C and v = 500 rpm, Then coprecipitation method by dropped cationic solvent into NaOH solvent for 20 minutes until sediment form and raised temperature to 100ºC for 1 h 40 minutes. Then the sediment form washed 7 times by aquades and dried in oven with temperature 80ºC. The sample characterized are crystal structure using XRD, Microstructure using FESEM, magnetic properties using VSM and physical properties (true density). From the results of XRD have been got two phases, the phase of nickel zinc ferrite and Fe2O3, and the crystallite size increase with increase mass of nickel and inversely the lattice parameter. The analysis of FESEM on x = 0,2 the form microstructure like a broken stone and an average particle is 47,04 nm. The results analysis of VSM showed that increase the mass of nickel and then increase the value of magnetization saturation and got superparamagnetic for all of the sample. The result analysis of true density are decrease density with increase the mass of nickel
     
    Telah dilakukan sintesis nanopartikel soft magnetic NixZn1-xFe2O4 dengan variasi komposisi x = 0,2 – 0,8. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kadar dari variasi x pada struktur kristal, mikrostruktur, sifat magnet dan densitas. Proses preparasi sampel dimulai dengan pelarutan pasir besi dengan 25 ml HCl 37% dan dilakukan penyaringan. Selanjutnya dilarutkan NiCl2.6H2O dan ZnCl2 dengan 25 ml aquades dengan massa bahan sesuai variasi x, dicampurkan larutan pasir besi dengan larutan Nikel Zinc lebih kurang 20 menit. Kemudian dilarutkan 30 gr NaOH kedalam 250 ml aquades dan distirrer lebih kurang 20 menit dengan suhu 80ºC dan v = 500 rpm lalu dilakukan metode kopresipitasi dengan meneteskan larutan NixZn1-xFe2O4 kedalam larutan NaOH lebih kurang 20 menit hingga terbentuk endapan dan dinaikkan suhu menjadi 100ºC selama 1 jam 40 menit. Sesudah itu endapan dicuci sebanyak 7 kali dengan aquades dan dikeringkan di oven dengan suhu 80ºC. Sampel dikarakterisasi meliputi struktur kristal dengan XRD, mikrostruktur dengan FESEM, sifat magnet dengan VSM dan sifat fisis (True Density). Dari hasil analisa XRD diperoleh dua fasa yaitu fasa Nikel Zinc Ferrit dan Fe2O3, ukuran kristal semakin meningkat dan parameter kisi semakin menurun dengan bertambahnya kadar Nikel. Hasil analisa FESEM pada x = 0,2 mikrostruktur berbentuk seperti pecahan batu dengan ukuran partikel rata-rata 47,07 nm. Hasil analisa VSM menunjukkan semakin bertambahnya kadar Nikel maka semakin tinggi nilai saturasi magnetisasi serta diperoleh sifat superparamagnetik dari seluruh sampel. Hasil analisa sifat fisis menunjukkan true density semakin menurun dengan bertambahnya kadar nikel pada masing-masing sampel.
