dc.description.abstractSoft magnetic nanopartikel Nickel Zinc Ferrite (Ni0,6Zn0,4Fe2O4 ) telah berhasil disintesis menggunakan metode kopresipitasi dengan memvariasikan temperatur annealing. Preparasi sampel diawali dengan pelarutan 8 gram pasir besi yang ditambahkan ke dalam 25 mL HCl 37% dan dilakukan penyaringan. Selanjutnya melakukan pelarutan NiCl2.6H2O dan ZnCl2 dengan 25 mL Aquades. Kemudian larutan pasir besi dengan larutan Nikel Zinc dicampurkan dan diaduk menggunakan alat pengaduk selama 20 menit (larutan kationik). Kemudian 30 gram NaOH dilarutkan ke dalam 250 mL Aquades dan distirring selama 20 menit dengan suhu 80ºC dan kecepatan pengadukan 500 rpm. Kemudian larutan kationik ditambahkan ke dalam larutan NaOH setetes demi setetes selama 20 menit sampai terbentuk endapan Ni0,6Zn0,4Fe2O4 dan distirring selama 1 jam 40 menit. Hasil endapan dicuci menggunakan Aquades sebanyak 7 kali dan dioven pada suhu 80ºC. Sampel yang telah kering kemudian digerus menggunakan hand mortar sampai berbentuk serbuk. Kemudian sampel nanopartikel Nickel Zinc Ferrite dilakukan proses annealing menggunakan Furnace yang memvariasikan temperatur annealing 300ºC, 500ºC, dan 700ºC dengan holding time selama 1 jam. Sampel nanopartikel Nickel Zinc Ferrite dikarakterisasi menggunakan alat uji seperti XRD, VSM, dan FE-SEM. Dari hasil analisa XRD diperoleh dua fasa yaitu fasa Nickel Zinc Ferrite dan fasa Fe2O3 (Hematite), serta ukuran kristal yang semakin kecil dengan naiknya temperatur annealing yang berbanding lurus dengan nilai parameter kisi. Hasil analisa VSM menunjukkan bahwa sampel nanopartikel Nickel Zinc Ferrite memiliki nilai Ms, Mr, dan Koersivitas menurun pada temperatur 700ºC dan bersifat ferromagnetik. Serta hasil analisa FESEM pada temperatur 700ºC menunjukkan mikrostrukturnya berbentuk seperti pecahan bebatuan dengan ukuran diameter rata-rata 227,2 nm.en_US
dc.description.abstractSoft magnetic nanoparticles of Nickel Zinc Ferrite (Ni0,6Zn0,4Fe2O4) have been successfully synthesized using the coprecipitation method by varying the annealing temperature. Sample preparation begins with dissolving 8 grams of iron sand which is added to 25 mL of 37% HCl and filtering. Next, dissolve NiCl2.6H2O and ZnCl2 with 25 mL of Aquades. Then the iron sand solution with Nickel Zinc solution is mixed and stirred using a stirrer for 20 minutes (cationic solution). Then 30 grams of NaOH were dissolved in 250 mL of distilled water and stirred for 20 minutes with a temperature of 80ºC and a stirring speed of 500 rpm. Then the cationic solution was added to the NaOH solution drop by drop for 20 minutes until a Ni0,6Zn0,4Fe2O4 precipitate was formed and stirred for 1 hour 40 minutes. The precipitate was washed using Aquades 7 times and oven at 80ºC. The dried sample is then crushed using hand mortar until it forms a powder. Then the Nickel Zinc Ferrite nanoparticle samples were subjected to an annealing process using a furnace that varied the annealing temperature of 300ºC, 500ºC, and 700ºC with a holding time of 1 hour. Nickel Zinc Ferrite nanoparticles samples were characterized using test equipment such as XRD, VSM, and FE-SEM. From the XRD analysis results obtained two phases, namely the Nickel Zinc Ferrite phase and the Fe2O3 (Hematite) phase, and the smaller the crystal size with the increasing of the annealing temperature which is directly proportional to the lattice parameter value. The results of VSM analysis showed that the Nickel Zinc Ferrite nanoparticle samples had values of Ms, Mr, and the coercivity decreased at 700ºC and were ferromagnetic. And the results of FESEM analysis at a temperature of 700ºC show that the microstructure is shaped like a rock fragment with an average diameter of 227.2 nm.en_US
