dc.description.abstract | This research aims to analyse the closed-grass subtitle of palm leaf by
using MOL to consume and the digestibility of nutrients in the cattle. The
experimental design used was the group's random design consisting of 4
treatments and 3 groups. Experimental animals used as many as 12 breeds of
cattle aged (12-18 months) with an average bodyweight of each 141 kg-269 kg.
The feed treatment is applied as follows: P0 = concentrate + 0% palm leaf
fermentation + 45% field grass, P1: Concentrate + 15% palm leaf fermented +
30% field grass, P2: Concentrate + 30% oil palm leaf fermentation + 15% field
grass, P3: Concentrate + 45% palm leaf fermented + 0% of the grass. The
observed parameters include consumption and the digestibility of nutrients. Data
processed using SAS analysis is continued with Duncan test. The results showed
that the best treatment was in treatment P3: Concentrate + 45% fronds of
fermented palm oil leaves + 0% Field grass with a total dry matter value of
consumption of 9404.06 grams / head / day, value of consumption of organic
matter was 5788.54 grams / head / day, value of consumption of crude fat is
458.93 g / head / day and total value of digestibility dry matter is 62.22%, value of
organic matter digestibility is 60.91%, value of crude protein digestibility is
76.72%, value of crude fiber digestibility is 62.74% and total value of Digestible
Nutrient that is 62.44%. The conclusion of this study is that the feeding of MOL
fermented palm fronds can be used as an alternative feed ingredient in the field of
grass in the maintenance of cattle. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis subtitusi rumput lapang
dengan pelepah daun kelapa sawit fermentasi menggunakan MOL terhadap
konsumsi dan kecernaan nutrien pada sapi jantan peranakan. Rancangan
percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok terdiri dari 4
perlakuan dan 3 kelompok. Hewan percobaan yang digunakan sebanyak 12 ekor
sapi jantan peranakan berumur (12-18 bulan) dengan rata-rata bobot badan
masing-masing 141 kg - 269 kg. Perlakuan pakan yang diterapkan sebagai berikut
: P0 = Konsentrat + 0 % Pelepah daun kelapa sawit fermentasi + 45% Rumput
lapang, P1 : Konsentrat + 15% Pelepah daun kelapa sawit fermentasi + 30%
Rumput lapang, P2 : Konsentrat + 30 % Pelepah daun kelapa sawit fermentasi +
15% Rumput lapang, P3 : Konsentrat + 45 % Pelepah daun kelapa sawit
fermentasi + 0% Rumput lapang. Peubah yang diamati meliputi konsumsi dan
kecernaan nutrien. Data diolah dengan menggunakan analisis SAS dilanjutkan
dengan uji Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan terbaik
terdapat pada perlakuan P3 : Konsentrat + 45 % Pelepah daun kelapa sawit
fermentasi + 0% Rumput lapang dengan nilai konsumsi bahan kering yaitu
9404,06 gram/ekor/hari, nilai konsumsi bahan organik yaitu 5788,54
gram/ekor/hari, nilai konsumsi lemak kasar yaitu 458,93 g/ekor/hari dan nilai
kecernaan bahan kering yaitu 62,22%, nilai kecernaan bahan organik yaitu
60,91%, nilai kecernaan protein kasar yaitu 76,72%, nilai kecernaan serat kasar
yaitu 62,74% dan nilai Total Digestible Nutrient yaitu 62,44%. Kesimpulan dari
penelitian ini adalah pemberian pakan pelepah sawit fermentasi MOL dapat
dijadikan sebagai bahan pakan alternatif pengganti rumput lapang dalam
pemeliharaan sapi jantan peranakan. | en_US |
