dc.description.abstract | Air Traffic Flow Management at the airport and its complexity is increasing along
with the increase in aircraft departure and arrival operations every day. This
management problem is becoming increasingly complex when the determinants
of departure and arrival delays are not really identified and elaborated. Severe
congestion and flight delays not only reduce the quality of flight services, but
also increase the operational costs. Multi Objective Risk-Based model proposed
in this study aims to solve the problem of Stochastic Air Traffic Network Flow
Optimization. This optimization is intended to minimize delay costs, minimize
costs due to unfulfilled passenger capacity and minimize operational risk costs. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Manajemen arus lalu lintas udara (ATFM) di bandara dan kompleksitasnya semakin
meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya operasi keberangkatan dan kedatangan
pesawat setiap hari. Masalah pengelolaan ATFM ini semakin kompleks
manakala faktor-faktor penentu delay keberangkatan dan kedatangan tidak
benar-benar diidentifikasi dan dielaborasi. Kemacetan dan penundaan penerbangan
yang parah tidak hanya menurunkan kualitas layanan penerbangan tetapi
juga meningkatkan biaya operasional. Model Multiobjective Risk-Based pada
penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah Stochastic Air Traffic Network
Flow Optimization. Optimisasi ini dimaksudkan untuk meminimumkan
biaya delay, meminimumkan biaya akibat tidak terpenuhinya kapasitas penumpang
dan meminimumkan biaya resiko operasional, dengan mengoptimalkan rencana
penerbangan melalui jaringan dan waktu horizon tertentu, dengan mempertimbangkan
batas kapasitas bandara atau sektor udara. | en_US |
