    Abstract
    A battery charging and discharging control device has been designed which consists of a relay circuit and an Arduino uno microcontroller circuit. The output voltage from the Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) will pass through the relay programmed from the Arduino Uno microcontroller. The relay functions to disconnect the voltage that enters the battery when it reaches the voltage set by the Arduino uno microcontroller. When the charging relay is on, the voltage will enter the battery. In the on position, the discharging relay will drain the voltage from the battery and will run the load. At the voltage that has been regulated also by the Arduino uno relay microcontroller, it will cut off the voltage flow from the battery to the load. The results of voltage, current, and power readings will be displayed from the microcontroller to the PC in the Microsoft Excel application using the PLX-DAQ application.
     
    Telah dirancang alat Pengontrolan Pengisian dan Pengosongan Baterai yang terdiri dari rangkaian Relay dan rangkaian mikrokontroler Arduino uno. Tegangan keluaran dari Maximum Powe Point Tracking (MPPT) akan melewati relay yang telah diprograam dari mikrokontroler arduino uno. Relay berfungsi untuk memutuskan tegangan yang masuk ke dalam baterai ketika telah mencapai tegangan yang diatur oleh mikrokontroler Arduino uno. Saat relay charging dalam posisi on, tegangan akan masuk ke dalam baterai. Pada posisi on, relay discharging akan mengalirkan tegangan dari baterai dan akan menjalankan beban. Pada tegangan yang telah diatur juga oleh mikrokontroller Arduino uno relay akan memutuskan aliran tegangan dari baterai ke beban. Hasil pembacaan tegangan, arus, dan daya akan ditampilkan dari mikrokontroler ke PC dalam aplikasi Microsoft excel menggunakan aplikasi PLX-DAQ.
