    Sistem Pendingin Thermo Electric Cooler (TEC) Berbasis Tenaga Surya

    Abstract
    Solar energy has been considered as a prospect of a renewable energy source for electric power generation. Solar photovoltaic systems are becoming a popular object for researchers to develop. The low efficiency of solar panels in energy conversion is one of the weaknesses of this system. Factors that affect the output produced by solar panels are the amount of sunlight intensity and the working temperature of the solar panels. Photovoltaic modules have a single operating point where the voltage and current outputs produce the maximum power output. There are three main methods in MPPT, namely conventional methods, artificial intelligence methods, and hybrid methods. In most photovoltaic systems, this research uses the Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) algorithm perturb and observe to make maximum use of this solar energy.
     
    Energi surya telah dianggap sebagai prospek sumber energi terbarukan untuk pembangkit tenaga listrik. Sistem fotovoltaik surya menjadi objek yang populer untuk dikembangkan oleh peneliti. Rendahnya efisiensi panel surya dalam konversi energi adalah salah satu kelemahan sistem ini. Faktor yang mempengaruhi output yang di hasilkan panel surya adalah besarnya intensitas cahaya matahari dan suhu kerja panel surya. Modul fotovoltaik memiliki titik operasi tunggal dimana output tegangan dan arus menghasilkan output daya maksimum. Ada tiga metode utama pada MPPT yaitu metode konvensional, metode kecerdasan buatan, dan metode hibrid. Dalam kebanyakan sistem fotovoltaik, penelitian ini menggunakan Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) algoritma perturb and observe untuk memanfaatkan secara maksimal energi surya tersebut.
