The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of organizational support perception and dimensions of big-five personality on work-life balance. The subject in this study was 234 banking employees in Lhokseumawe City. Data was collected using scale of perceived organizational support, big-five personality inventory and scale of work-life balance. Statistical analysis was using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the perceived organizational support and the dimensions of big-five personality were influenced to the work-life balance (R= .856 ; F = 103.856 ; p < .05) with an effective contribution of 73,3% (R2= .733). The implication of this research can help company management to provide organizational support that is following the needs of employees and the company can take advantage of employee personality profiles in managing work-life conflict to achieve employee work-life balance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi dan dimensi-dimensi big-five personality terhadap work-life balance. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 234 karyawan Perbankan di Kota Lhokseumawe. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga skala yaitu skala work-life balance, skala persepsi dukungan organisasi serta skala big-five personality. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regressi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi dan dimensi-dimensi big-five personality berpengaruh terhadap work-life balance (R= .856 ; F = 103.856 ; p < .05) dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 73,3% (R2= .733). Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat membantu manajemen perusahaan untuk memberikan dukungan organisasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan karyawan serta perusahaan dapat memanfaatkan profil kepribadian karyawan dalam mengelola konflik kehidupan-kerja guna tercapainya work-life balance karyawan.
