dc.description.abstractKomitmen organisasi berperan besar dalam mempengaruhi kinerja dan keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Tujuan di dalam penelitian ini yakni: Menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan Bank XXX di Kota Medan, Menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan Bank XXX di Kota Medan dan Menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan Bank XXX di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan metode penelitian kuantatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap Bank XXX yang berjumlah 75 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sensus, sehingga jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen pegawai Bank XXX, Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen pegawai Bank XXX dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen pegawai Bank XXX.en_US
dc.description.abstractOrganizational commitment plays a major role in influencing the performance and success of an organization. The objectives of this study are: Analyzing the effect of compensation on organizational commitment of Bank XXX employees in Medan City, Analyzing the effect of work environment on organizational commitment of Bank XXX employees in Medan City and Analyzing the effect of compensation and work environment on organizational commitment of Bank XXX employees in Medan City. This research is a correlational study with quantitative research methods. The population in this study were all permanent employees of Bank XXX, who are 75 people. The sampling technique used in the census, so the number of samples is equal to the population. The results showed that Compensation and the work environment together (simultaneously) had a positive and significant effect on the commitment of Bank XXX employees, Compensation had no significant effect on the commitment of Bank XXX employees and the Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on the commitment of Bank XXX employees.en_US
