Menurunnya kinerja karyawan pada PT Sucofindo Medan disebabkan beberapa faktor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah agar dapat mengetahui / menganalisis apakah motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT Sucofindo Medan. Jenis penelitian adalah Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah 90 responden. Analisis yang digunakan ialah regresi liner berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari variabel motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. The reduction in employee of job performance at PT Sucofindo Medan is due to several factors. The purpose of this research is to analyze whether work motivation, work environment and work discipline affect to the performance of employees of PT Sucofindo Medan. The type of this research is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study was 90 respondents. The analysis used are multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of work motivation, work environment and work discipline variables on employee of job performance.
