    Pengaruh Job Insecurity Terhadap Job Performance Dan Absensi Dengan Job Satisfaction Dan Commitment Organizational Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada PT Nusa Pusaka Kencana)”.

    Abstract
    PT Nusa Pusaka Kencana is engaged in the oil palm plantation business which focuses on CPO. The use of contract workers or Specific Time Work Agreements (PKWT) and Freelance Workers (PHL) is one of the alternatives used by this company to minimize company costs and expenses. But on the other side of workers, this policy will lead to anxiety about the certainty of the status employment contract. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Insecurity on Job Performance and absenteeism that was intervened by Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. In this study a structured questionnaire instrument with a 5-point Likert scale was used to measure the Job Insecurity index on PHL and PKWT in PT Nusa Pusaka Kencana. The population in this study were 174 people and all of the population was sampled in the study. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. This study shows that Job Insecurity has a positive and significant effect on Job Performance, a positive and significant effect on absenteeism and a positive and significant effect on intervening variables (Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment).
     
    PT Nusa Pusaka Kencana bergerak dibidang bisnis perkebunan kelapa sawit yang berfokus terhadap CPO. Penggunaan pekerja kontrak atau Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu (PKWT) dan Pekerja Harian Lepas (PHL) menjadi salah satu alternatif yang digunakan perusahaan ini untuk meminimalisir biaya dan beban perusahaan. Tetapi di sisi pekerja, kebijakan ini akan menimbulkan adanya kecemasan pada kepastian status kontrak kerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Job Insecurity terhadap Job Performance dan tingkat absensi yang di intervensi oleh Job Satisfaction dan Commitment Organizational. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan instrument kuesioner terstruktur dengan 5 poin skala Likert untuk mengukur indeks Job Insecurity pada PHL dan PKWT di PT Nusa Pusaka Kencana. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 174 orang dan seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian. Data yang diperoleh dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Job Insecurity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Job Perfomance, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap absensi dan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel intervening (Job Satisfaction dan Commitment Organizational).
