    Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Pasien pada Instalasi Rawat Jalan Berdasarkan Standar Pelayanan Minimal Rumah Sakit di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Pirngadi Kota Medan

    Abstract
    Minimum service standards are intended to provide guidelines for the regions in implementing, planning and control as well as supervising and accountability for the implementation of hospital minimum service standards. The Minimum Service Standards of Hospitals have types of health services to be provided to patients, one of which is outpatient services. Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 560 / Menkes / SK / IV / 2003 said that outpatient services are patient services for observation, diagnosis, treatment, medical rehabilitation and other health services without staying in the hospital. The study was conducted on 100 outpatient respondents at the Regional General Hospital Dr. Pirngadi Medan City. This research uses quantitative descriptive techniques, the analysis is carried out using statistical tests of the data collected using the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study found evidence that patients were satisfied with the service standards provided with the dimensions of service quality and summarized through the minimum hospital service standard indicators based on government regulations
     
    Standar pelayanan minimal dimaksudkan agar tersedianya panduan bagi daerah dalam melaksanakan perencanaan pelaksanaan dan pengendalian serta pengawasan dan pertanggungjawaban penyelenggaraan standar pelayanan minimal rumah sakit. Standar Pelayanan Minimal Rumah Sakit memiliki jenis pelayanan kesehatan untuk diberikan kepada pasien, salah satunya adalah pelayanan rawat jalan. Keputusan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia No. 560/Menkes/SK/IV/2003 mengatakan bahwa pelayanan rawat jalan adalah pelayanan pasien untuk observasi, diagnosis, pengobatan, rehabilitasi medik dan pelayanan kesehatan lainnya tanpa menginap di rumah sakit. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 100 orang responden pasien rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Pirngadi Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif, analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji statistik terhadap data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bukti bahwa pasien sudah puas dengan standar pelayanan yang diberikan dengan dimensi kualitas pelayanan dan dirangkum melalui indikator standar pelayanan minimal rumah sakit berdasarkan peraturan pemerintah
