Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Industri Kecil Batu Bata di Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai (Studi Kasus di Kecamatan Pegajahan)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the small brick industry in Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This study uses primary data and data collection techniques in this study were conducted using a questionnaire by distributing a list of questions to respondents of 73 respondents, where respondents of this study were small brick industry entrepreneurs in Pegajahan District. The independent variable is Working Capital, Raw Materials and Labor Wages and the dependent variable is the production of small brick industries in Pegajahan District. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and the data is processed using SPSS version 20.0 Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis results show that the variable that has the greatest effect on the production of small brick industries in Pegajahan District is the Working Capital variable. While based on the results of the partial significance test (t-test), the results show that the Working Capital and Raw Material variables have a positive and significant effect on the production of small brick industries in Pegajahan District. While the Labor Wage variable has a negative effect but significant on the production of small brick industries in Pegajahan District. The simultaneous significance test results (F-test) showed that the variable Working Capital, Raw Materials and Labor Wages simultaneously affected (together) the variable production of small brick industries in Pegajahan District. The results of testing the coefficient of determination show that the dependent variable (Production) can be explained by the independent variable (Working Capital, Raw Materials and Labor Wages) of 88.2% while the remaining 11.8% is explained by other variables outside the estimation model.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi industri kecil batu bata di Kecamatan Pegajahan, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dengan membagikan daftar pertanyaan kepada responden sebanyak 73 responden, dimana responden penelitian ini adalah pengusaha industri kecil batu bata yang ada di Kecamatan Pegajahan. Variabel bebas yaitu Modal Kerja, Bahan Baku dan Upah Tenaga Kerja serta variabel terikatnya yaitu Produksi industri kecil batu bata di Kecamatan Pegajahan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan data di olah menggunakan SPSS versi 20.0 Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar terhadap produksi industri kecil batu bata di Kecamatan Pegajahan adalah variabel Modal Kerja. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji signifikansi parsial (uji-t) diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel Modal Kerja dan Bahan Baku berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi industri kecil batu bata di Kecamatan Pegajahan. Sedangkan variabel Upah Tenaga Kerja berpengaruh secara negatif namun signifikan terhadap produksi industri kecil batu bata di Kecamatan Pegajahan. Adapun hasil pengujian signifikansi simultan (uji-F) menunjukkan bahwa variabel Modal Kerja, Bahan Baku dan Upah Tenaga Kerja berpengaruh secara simultan (bersama-sama) terhadap variabel Produksi industri kecil batu bata di Kecamatan Pegajahan. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel terikat (Produksi) mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas (Modal Kerja, Bahan Baku dan Upah Tenaga Kerja) sebesar 88,2% sedangkan sisanya 11,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model estimasi
