dc.description.abstract | The government is always trying to improve the quality of public health by applying social security. One of the programs in implementing social security is by the social Insurance Administration Organization (BPJS). Based on this background, researchers are interested to find out and understand about how the effectiveness of health services for BPJS health security receiver communities at Tebing Syahbandar health center (Puskesmas).
This research is using descriptive methods with a qualitative approach. The data collecting technique that is used is The Primary Collecting Data in the form of interviews and observations, and the secondary collecting data in the form of documentation and literature. The technique of determining the informant is done by purposive sampling.
Based on research that has been done shows that health services at Tebing Syahbandar’s health center (Puskesmas) can be said to be quite effective, this can be seen from adequate human and facility resources, efficiency in services, the ability of officers to provide services is quite good, program objectives, the success of implementing the program is sufficiently appropriate that the health services provided for BPJS health security receiver at the Tebing Syahbandar Health Center were already quite effective. But there are still some obstacles that come from the community that must be overcome so that the service can run well. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Pemerintah selalu berupaya meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat dengan menggunakan jaminan sosial. Salah satu program dari penerapan jaminan sosial tersebut dilaksanakan oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS). Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut peneliti tertarik untuk mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana efektivitas pelayanan kesehatan pada masyarakat penerima BPJS di Puskesmas Tebing Syahbandar.
Dengan menggunakan metode deskiptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan pengumpulan data primer berupa wawancara dan observasi, dan pengumpulan data sekunder berupa dokumentasi dan kepustakaan. Teknik penentuan informan dilakukan secara purposive sampling.
Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Tebing Syahbandar dapat dikatakan cukup efektif, hal ini dapat dilihat dari sumber daya manusia dan sumber daya sarana yang memadai, efesiensi dalam pelayanan, kemampuan petugas dalam memberikan pelayanan sudah cukup baik, tujuan program, keberhasilan dalam pelaksanaan program sudah cukup sesuai sehingga pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan pada masyarakat penerima BPJS di Puskesmas Tebing Syahbandar sudah cukup efektif. Namun masih ada beberapa hambatan yang bersumber dari masyarakat yang harus bisa diatasi sehingga pelayanan dapat berjalan dengan baik. | en_US |
