    Pengaruh Gaya Hidup dan Media Sosial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Kafe B-One Medan

    Abstract
    Kondisi industri makanan dan minuman menurut data BPS dari tahun 2015 hingga 2018 trendnya cenderung menurun. Kondisi ini turut berdampak kepada para pengusaha makan dan minum, terutama pendatang baru dalam dunia usaha kuliner dimana mereka masih merintis merek yang belum dikenal oleh masyarakat luas. Hal senada juga dirasakan oleh Kafe B-One, dimana mereka terjun ke bisnis kuliner baru tahun 2016 yang terletak di Jalan Pancing, namun grafik penjualan mereka cenderung menurun, dimana data penjualan per tahun 2016 (1,131 M), menurun di tahun 2017 (1,076 M) dan menurun kembali di tahun 2018 (1,011 M). Kafe B-One belum tanggap terhadap perubahan gaya hidup pelanggan mereka yang pada umumnya adalah generasi milenial dengan karakter senang pada hal yang praktis dan selalu terhubung dengan internet. Kafe B-One juga belum maksimal dalam promosi di media sosial yakni Instagram. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh gaya hidup dan media sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian di Kafe B-One, Medan; 2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian di Kafe B-One, Medan, dan; 3) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh media sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian di Kafe B-One, Medan. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang yang merupakan pelanggan Kafe B-One dengan kriteria minimal sudah pernah 2 (dua) kali berkunjung ke Kafe B-One. Hasil penelitian menemukan secara simultan Gaya Hidup dan Media Sosial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Kafe B-One. Sedangkan secara parsial: Gaya Hidup berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Kafe B-One. Media Sosial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Kafe B-One.
     
    The situation of the food and beverage industry in Medan, North Sumatra, according to BPS data from 2015 to 2018 tends to decline. This condition had an impact to the entreprenuer, most of them are newcomers in the culinary industry, where they are still building their brands that are not yet known by the consumer. This condition had also applied to B-One Cafe, Medan, where they had operated since 2016. Their gross sales also trend to decline. Gross sales data since 2016 showed IDR 1,131 billion, decreased in 2017 become IDR 1,076 billion and then declined again in 2018 IDR 1,011 billion. Cafe B-One indicated less responsive to the lifestyle of their customers that moslty are millenial generation. Basic characters of millenial generation are practical and always connected to the internet. Cafe B-One, Medan also do not maximized their promotion on social media, is Instagram. The objectives of this study are: 1) simultaneously to study and analyze lifestyle and social media on purchasing decisions at B-One Cafe, Medan; 2) partially to study and analyze lifestyle on purchasing decisions at B-One Cafe, Medan, and; 3) partially to study and analyze social media on purchasing decisions at B-One Cafe, Medan. Multiple regression analysis is applied for research methode. Total sample are 100 customers whom has visited at least twice to B-One Cafe, Medan. Research shown that simultaneously Lifestyle and Social Media has positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at B-One Cafe, Medan. Whereas partially: Lifestyle variable has positive and significantl effect on Purchasing Decision at B-One Cafe, Medan. Partially Social Media variable has positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions at B-One Cafe, Medan.
